Room and complimentary breakfast was great but we had a cold shower for 3 days and it was never fixed. The staff never looked into it and never resolved it.

The hotel ran out of hot water. Called the front desk . They claimed they were at full capacity and that’s why the system couldn’t keep up. If your system can’t keep up at full capacity, you need a better system.

Stopped overnight on our long drive home. Room we picked was larger than normal, liked that you can pick your room at check-in on the app, and they even show you the floorplans, so you can pick your room based on size, near elevator or ice machine, etc.Room was oversized (#614). Everything was clean, beds firm, lots of pillows. Only issue for us was it was a bit dark, they could use a few more lights in the room, because it was so big.Breakfast was standard fare, I would skip the eggs (but they did have these hard boiled eggs in take away pouches which was neat) plenty of choices what to eat.Only issue I had was their computers were down to reboot when we tried to leave. Why not reboot at like 3am,why do it during the morning rush?Rooms: #614 was larger than the rest, if you need space

Very nice hotel. Edwin, at the desk, made it worth the stay. Had an issue with my room, and he was able to correct it quickly. It's in a great location with food options within walking distance.Rooms: Beautiful rooms that are maintained wellSafety: Felt very safe

I've stayed at this Hampton Inn five different times over the past three months. Great hotel with ample parking. The common areas and the rooms are spotless and the staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. Standard Hampton Inn breakfast layout/selection but I've only eaten breakfast there once because there's a on Starbucks (which opens at 4:30 am weekdays) less than a quarter mile away. LA Fitness is located 3/4 mile away and the hotel is conveniently located close to lots of shopping and dining.

Had a terrible experience with customer service at this Hampton Inn and with Hilton customer service.American Airlines kept cancelling our flight and we had a business meeting the next day. Our flight were non refundable and we were able to get credit for our flight.Talking to Hilton, a multi billion dollar corporation couldn’t fathom that something out of our control could happen and wasn’t willing to work with us.I understand nonrefundable but I’m not asking for my money back, just a credit.And to make matters worse I already booked again with Hilton to show my loyalty and they do nothing.I’m addition I paid for the stay I couldn’t make and they won’t even credit me with the points.Terrible experience with Hilton

Great stay! Nice and quiet, right off the highway, plenty of food options nearby and free parking on site. Room was clean and bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The bathroom had 3 wall hooks and a bar for hanging towels. It always frustrates me when hotels ask you to reuse towels but then there's nowhere to hang them so I really appreciated this little thing. The room even had a microwave and mini fridge. Plenty of outlets for charging all your devices, even a USB hub. They thought of all the little things! Fitness center is 24 hours and they have a water dispenser in there with nice cold water. There's an indoor heated pool and free breakfast daily. Coffee in lobby all day. Front desk associate very very nice, helpful and accommodating. Luggage carts are very useful not like the usual hotel ones. Highly recommend!

This Hampton Inn is nice and clean. The pool is NOT freezing and clear (like it should be), staff is really nice and friendly. We only wish they had a hot tub. Note that one star was lost on service as they did not make our beds when we requested housekeeping on our second day here.

We had two rooms and a dog. The dog obviously was in one room. The woman at check in even asked if the dog was staying in both rooms and I told her no. First $75 for a pet fee is high. Second I got the pet fee charged on both rooms. Third, the mattresses in both rooms were so hard nobody slept much.Rooms: The beds were horrible. The rooms were clean though and had all the amenities you'd expect.

Very nice clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again!Safety: Doors are kept locked at night. Must enter the hotel with your room key.
