Not my favorite goodwill, the one further south off rockville pike is better

The employees that take donations are the laziest, rudest and most entitled bunch imaginable. The dump is literally just a couple of minutes away...save yourself the hassle and either just throw everything away instead or call the Vets of America who will come pick it up from your house. Both are better options that subjecting yourself to these clowns.

Run away if you’re a reseller. Hard to find great things, but when you do, it’s outrageous pricing. They want $120 for a miter saw that sells on Marketplace for $40. And $150 for an old grandma chair that has rips on it. Delusional. They’re basically charging what resellers charge but a lot of times way more than market value. Insanity.

Whoever prives the items, needs a reality check. 75$ for a used blender, 50 for a used air fryer. Crazy prices and probably the worst Goodwill in DMV.

Really dirty Goodwill and the prices here are terrible. Whoever is doing the pricing here needs a reality check. Don’t support goodwill. There’s plenty of other thrift stores around the area that are much better.

Don’t waste your time on this Goodwill. Whoever prices and approves items at this specific Goodwill needs a serious reality check. 50 bucks for a used iron? 150 for a mini toaster? Outrageous pricing for used items. The worse of the worse when it comes to Goodwill stores in the DMV. There’s literally tons of items that are overpriced just sitting there because these folks are delusional with their pricing

well the issue of allowing unsupervised kids to run amuck is awful I was there this week and there were two kids pulling toys from the shelves and leaving them on the floor creating trip hazards, riding toys etc The sales staff really need some work. They are slow and inefficient. They need to address customers with unruly, loud and unsupervised children. It's very hard to shop with children riding toys, yelling running screaming, tearing open items It's horrible. They also don't address customers who turn up the volume at deafening volumes to check the speakers. Store is poorly managed

Easy donation process. Try and combine like items to put in the bins. For example, they separate donations by categories (toys, book, shoes, clothes, etc)

Pricing is okay but the store isn’t very clean and sizes are often disorganized.

Pretty limited supply, and the credit card reader goes down all the time. Bring cash if you come at all!
