I spent days going back and forth with this pharmacy for an override on a medication that my older mom desperately needs. It all finally comes through and on Christmas Eve Sunday when EVERYTHING is closed, they tell me they don't have the medication. I can't even begin to express the disappointment and disgust that not a single person over several days (since Wednesday) thought to mention that they didn't have the medication. Utterly unprofessional, thoughtless and irresponsible. I'd give a zero if I could.

Hands down the best pharmacy in Montgomery County.Their pharmacist truly cares about her customers, and they will go to the ends of the earth to advocate for patients with any prescription medication issues.This pharmacy provides the best customer service from any pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with

I called the pharmacy to confirm a prescription for my son. They said they had received it and it would be ready in an hour. I arrive an hour later and they said they needed 45 more minutes. Complete waste of time...

I called the pharmacy number and they have a voicemail of not being able to hear you and hanging up. Why?? My request can’t be done online and isn’t related to scheduling a covid test!

Discriminating, stereotypes, customers who have medications that assuming the person has "issues". God forbid you call one day to check on medication, getting different answers when calling, not to mention. Very disappointed, I would take my business else where, that can see past a piece of paper, stereotypes of a person can be very detrimental to one's recovery.

The Giant pharmacy in Waldorf Md. has the nastiest people I've ever saw. They talk down to my father who's 85 years old . At least my father gives it back to them. They always over charge him and my mother but dad set's them straight. I tell him to go to any pharmacy but giant. Disgusting so called "Woman" who work there. I told him to report to the district manager. Never had a problem like those disgusting hags

I really like this location. It is large, clean, and well organized. They have a good variety of specialty items as well, including a special health foods section. Customer Service desk was efficient and friendly for a large gift card purchase I needed to make. I also appreciate the information they had posted at the gift card kiosk/display to warn people about fraud and scam attempts. I haven't seen this at other stores and appreciate the effort to keep their community informed and safe. Always a pleasure shopping here :)

The store is great, unfortunately the pharmacy is very unorganized and I've had to have my doctor call in to confirm a prescription that was already available in my account.Recently, about a week or so ago. I wouldn't be able to tell you specifically because the pharmacy rep who answered would not answer my question. When I told her that one of my 2 prescriptions they claimed was unavailable the prior week she continued to repeat what would you like me to do and kept interrupting me trying to explain the situation. I went on to tell her that a couple days after I picked up just the 1 of 2 that I got an auto pharmacy call saying I had a prescription over due when I called in to ask the rep who answered said sorry it must have been a mistake.I came in today to pick up a prescription that was prescribed the end of last week, but a few days after picking up the 1 of 2 prescriptions I needed. Needless to say I found myself picking up 2 of the same prescription. One from this month and one for the prior month that said it was filled on 10/10 but had been prescribed in September.So my phone call was to ask why it wasn't given to me with my other prescription and their claim that I had no 2nd prescription available. Again what would you like me to do? I said I would like my prescriptions given to me in sync like the paper I signed said would be done for me and I have the same doctor writing the same 2 prescriptions at the same time each month.. and she said ok ok, and I said no I need to know this will actually be enforced and I'll have both of my prescriptions ready when I come in next month and she hung up on me..I think I need to transfer to a new pharmacy. This has been an ongoing issue and their rookie reps keep making errors upon errors and it has only worsened.

The Giant at Kentlands is generally very good. Right now this isn't the BEST time to go as they are renovating so it's a little confusing. There are a few items that are lacking. For instance, they do not have non-organic Pink varieties of apples and I love my Pink Lady apples. There are a few other snack items I like that they do not carry. A few items are priced higher than elsewhere (vitamins). On the other hand, a decent selection of vegetarian foods. A little better than the Harris Teeter I am used to. Oh and they sometimes carry those doggie waste bag packages that are so hard to find and much cheaper than Amazon. But the reason I'm writing the review is because the staff here are SUPER nice. If you are scared of COVID, they work REALLY hard to clean the registers. Also, they are super Friendly and always wish you a nice day or offer to help if you need it.

I've been going to this pharmacy my whole life, and I never thought they'd try to scam people out of their money but that's what happened to me today. My prescription costs 3x as much with insurance than without (using GoodRx), and when trying to pay for my prescription, they told me that they had to bill my insurance for it or it would be insurance fraud. I'm a broke college student, I can't afford to be paying $25 a month for a prescription that I can get a 3 months supply for the same amount of money with GoodRx. It's shameful.

Hi. This store is very busy at times, however they keep things rolling because they always have plenty of staff to accommodate who are knowledgeable and polite , and very nice people to help with all my needs. The pharmacy is always polite and helpful with questions and explaining things. I have been coming here for a long time and compared to the other types of stores around the area they are the best overall!
