Seven years ago I purchased a lateral wooden filing cabinet from Gerstel's and at the end of 2023 found that two of the drawers would not open. I called Gerstels for advice and Len sent out his brother who fixed the cabinet at no charge. I was greatly relieved because not only would I have had to purchase another cabinet, but also would have had to pay another charge to have the old one removed.

Big ol’ office furniture warehouse in the back of a busy shopping center. The manager was very friendly and informative, and I was able to pick out a perfect chair without feeling rushed at all. They also have a solid one-year warranty on their chairs (not sure about the rest of the furniture), which came in handy after I needed to get one of my chair arms replaced.All in all, great products and customer service - would highly recommend.

Went in search of the perfect chair and wanted to be very picky. This spot is the place to go. They have the best of the best at unbeatable prices! I visited several other stores and this one had the best selection by far.They let me try basically every chair they had, and talked me through adjusting and tweaking for my needs. They let me try different colors and exchange them when I didn't like them, which I ended up doing multiple times. They kept me up to date with what they had in stock, and I'm thrilled with the final result! I'm now at the point where spending all day at my desk is *good* for my back.Can't recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience! You enter from the back of the shopping center (it's a level down from the shops above). They have a huge inventory. I was here to buy an office chair for a WFH setup. I'm a plus size woman, so it's hard to find supportive chairs that work for me. The saleswoman was excellent. Suggesting good options and adjusting them until I found one that suited me. Only $250+tax! So impressed. Highly recommend.

Great place to find affordable high-end office chairs. There are many different chairs here, and they have a warehouse with even more so just ask if you don't see what you are looking for. In particular I was looking for a Steelcase Amia and they had 2 here, even when I couldn't find it anywhere else. They also carry refurbished Herman Miller Aerons, Steelcase Leap v2s, the Steelcase Gesture and more.The chairs may be used but they are cleaned and refurbished to look and feel practically new! The prices are also extremely reasonable, I picked up my Amia for 225$ and the Leap was being offered for around 350$, which is a lot cheaper than you get from online refurbished Steelcase chairs. (The going rate online for a refurbished Leap v2 is ~500$ at the time of writing)They were also very kind about explaining the benefits of different chairs, and let me try out chairs for more than 30 minutes (!) without pressuring or aggressively trying to push the sale. They even let me leave to look at other stores before circling back, showing they are confident in their products and don't use aggressive pushy sales tactics.Will definitely recommend Gerstel's to anyone looking for an affordable yet top-of-the-line chair for their home or work office.

I went here on someone's recommendation to look for a new chair for my home office. The employee who helped me was really knowledgeable, and I walked away with a chair I loved for $1,000 less than it was selling for on the company's website. The ability to sit in different chairs of all kinds was crucial. They have an extensive selection of all kinds of office furniture. Highly recommended for quality, service, and price.

I'm no longer paying high prices for new office furniture. Why? The bookshelves and filing cabinets Gerstel just delivered are in perfect condition, and they cost significantly less. I worked with Alyssa Cronin, and she made the extra effort to check both Gerstel locations to find what I needed. Delivery was convenient, the experience was positive, and I'm appreciative of the referral that sent me to Gerstel.
