The Gaithersburg location is fantastic for what they offer. There are, obviously, caps to view and they offer trailers, hitches, bed covers, liners, etc. They offer catalog ordering of caps for a customized design experience. They have a sitting area with a TV to relax while you wait for your work to be completed, if that's your preference. There are restaurants nearby, if you don't mind a 5 - 10 minute walk. Professional staff are available to answer any questions. Allison was the rep I interacted with and she is very knowledgeable on caps and the hitch I bought. I'll probably go back for a hitch bike rack (yes, they have those too) or a trailer in the future.

Thank you Cap World for helping us get our truck outfitted. The cap made all the difference. 4 people and three dogs was too much for our Ram 2500 cab. The dogs rode in their kennels under the cap and were super cozy. The cap was leak free and with a little pipe insulation air tight passage to cab. 5000 miles a wonderful adventure. The ARE cap fit and finish is top notch. We love how it looks. A true adventure rig. Special thanks to Avery for a clean install and Alli her product expertise. Both made our visit great. This is the 2nd time that I'm trying to buy something from them and at the beginning they tell you one price and at the end they double up the price it seems like they are joshing you by being Latino... or they might think that you don't have a knowledge of what you're buying. Or you don't have the money...!!!!

Got a defective leer cap (right window won't open and carpet almost not glued, you could take it off by hand and a lot of spots just didn't even have any glue whatsoever), they addressed the window problem with lubricant which of course will dry off and the problem will be back, glued little bit of the carpet at the back of the cap. Andrew was not very professional about this and kept saying there is nothing wrong with the carpet even after I showed him the difference on one of the show caps inside that was glued properly ( could not remove the carpet by hand). They Offered to send it back to leer, but that takes over 4 weeks which is unacceptable. I understand they are only selling the caps, but Andrew wouldn't even acknowledge the problem existed and handled the whole thing very unprofessionaly and was just rude about it. I expected more as a customer. I suggest you take your business somewhere else. Now I'm stuck with defective cap that I will have to send back because the carpet will come off by itself during summer.

Great place for your truck accessories. I was able to call and speak with the owner right away. I had a truck bed liner and cover installed on 1 visit. Then I ordered the weather tech mats and then had the steps installed on my truck. They were very accommodating since I couldn't come to the store to order my accessories but they helped me get them and made drop off and pick up so easy. The quality of the work was GREAT, no issues. Very nice and quick on helping me!
