I was skeptical going to a local jeweler for my wedding band, but I'm glad I came to Four Seasons! After trying on many rings at other big retailer stores, I couldn't find something that fit me just the way I wanted. I wanted a thin, alternating marquise diamond ring but wanted the stones to only cover the top half of my very small size 4 finger, so that when I closed my hands together I wouldn't feel the ridges on the side. I know, super picky right? When I walked into Four Seasons I was greeted immediately. I must admit my Mandarin isn't great, so I was afraid that the employees would look down on me or not give me good service (let's be honest, that's how some shops are). But I was wrong! They say they treat their customers like their friends, I felt like I was treated like their family. When I told them what I was looking for, they listened and understood, were patient, and transparent with their pricing. I've never seen a place whip out a notebook pad and tell you exactly the grams of metal or diamond carat, list out each price, labor, and show you the total. They told me they could custom make the ring I wanted and this would be the estimated cost. It took me about a month to receive my ring and I love it! It was exactly what I asked for and was ready by the time they promised. When I called asking if it ready, they knew exactly who I was and what I ordered before I really said much. They remember their customers! They were also kind enough to polish my engagement ring for free even though it wasn't purchased from them. Thank you Four Seasons for being a part of this special moment in my life!

Four Seasons Jewelry store is a treasure, in the Kentlands! They stock a wide variety of jewelry, at every price point!The service is excellent and includes watch and small clock repair. They even restored an antique clock, that had been damaged in a move!I would highly recommend them for gift items as well as jewelry!

Went in to get a battery in my watch and they fixed it and polished. They’re only 5 minutes from my house and I will definitely be back for any jewelry needs.

I experienced a level of racism in this store that I have never experienced in my life. I was being helped when another customer came into the shop, the person working with me just walked away and proceeded to spend nearly five minutes with the other customer completely ignoring me. When I addressed her to let her know how disrespectful, racist and unprofessional she was, she didn't apologize she just said "okay" with her body half turned towards me and half turned towards the jewelry on the shelf she was reaching for to give to the other nonblack customer. Utterly disgusting.

I was recommended this place by my cousin. She had horror stories of shopping for wedding rings in NYC and was relieved when she found this place. I bought my engagement ring here last September and took my fiance back to buy our wedding bands. Both times we had great experiences with Maria. She's patient, experienced, and doesn't pressure us into getting rings outside our budget. After we bought our wedding bands, Maria was able to get us money back even after I had already paid. As someone who doesn't enjoy jewelry shopping, this store definitely made it an easy and actually fun experience. I highly recommended coming here, especially for guys with limited jewelry knowledge.

Lovely store, chock full of pearls, gemstones, jade and more. Went in to have a watch battery replaced. Picked out a beautiful pink tourmaline ring with diamonds in the setting for 25th wedding anniversary. Very happy with it. Reasonably priced.

I've been going to Eva for years and she has been the most patient and kind with every transaction. She has a wide selection of jewelry and she also can skillfully make any jewelry just from a picture. She will give you the best deal and that is hard to dispute after internet research to compare.

I got my wife's wedding band here and had a good experience. I liked the people I dealt with and they cleaned some jewelry for us. I also thought the price for what we got was very reasonable. We've also bought some other small things here and have had mostly good experiences. I did have a ring resized here and they polished it without asking me, that was pretty annoying as they completely polished the stamps inside the ring which I really liked. I found the ring at an antique store and I think the maker's stamps inside where very old so that basically ruined the ring for me which was very disappointing.

Went it last minute for a Christmas present for the wife and the experience was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and had great products. Got her a tennis bracelet and the price was amazing. It was better then the big chain jewelry stores. I should of have came here sooner. I been walking past this gem for years now. They definitely have earned a new customer for my future jewelry needs.

I have bought jewelry online or at big name jewelry stores but thought about stopping by here while I was around area. I'm so glad I did. They have many options for every budget and ladies are super helpful. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
