As much as I want to like this place, I can't find any. First of all I walk everyday for at least 30 thousands or more steps so I'm not a sloucher and I'm not overweight either I tried several times to speak with the staff at the gym however everytime I see someone there they either training or cleaning up. And if they cleaning up after the training they keep telling me to come back another day. So anyway i decided to try to test the class through ClassPass. So I came early 10 minutes before the class start and still unable to get any information at all other than just sign the release form and join the class Boy it was quite an experience it's like a non swimmer being pushed into deep end of the pool and expect you to swim. So if you are beginner I would say NO don't try the class. The classes seem more of endurance type of class or what I call it orange theory with steroid. I wish they have more beginner classes and explain what to expect for the first timer.

I started here a month ago and I'm so happy I finally convinced myself to try it. The coaches make the workouts fun yet challenging for everyone, no matter what their fitness level. How they modify the exercises for ALL members is the best part. For me, they give me suggestions to make them more challenging. For others, they'll have them lower the weights and do lower impact exercises to accommodate injuries and level of experience. Every workout is different, which keeps things interesting. The program is motivating and I can honestly say I get in just as good of a workout in 45 minutes here as I would in 1.5 hours on my own in a weight room. It's fast paced, but doable for everyone. The space itself is organized and clean. The members I've met are all friendly and the coaches are encouraging. This isn't an in-your-face bootcamp style gym. No intimidation tactics here! I can't recommend Foundry Fitness enough to anyone who wants to change up their boring, old workout routine or needs an extra kick in the butt.

Dropped into two classes while I was on travel and this is one of the best gyms I have been to. Trainers were awesome, gym had a ton of equipment, and workout routines were challenging. If I lived in the area I would definitely join this gym.

This place is amazing! The owner, Eric, really cares about his members. Classes are great! I love how you can lift heavy while still getting an intense cardio session in. New equipment and good music! All of the trainers are awesome, I love Laura and Simon too. If you aren't afraid to push hard- try them out. I think the first class is free.

Not a review of the gym itself, but the folks who work there. :) They participated in the Kentlands Trick or Treat this year giving stickers and things to kids, and it was super cool of them. My kiddo was really little and was amazed/shocked to see Batman in person. She now says "Batman lives in the Kentlands!" when we are there. Thanks for participating in that for the local community, it was a cool thing to do!

welcomed. I received a free training that really helped me understand the gym, the equipment, and how I can reach my goals which was HUGE for me. I suggest anyone who is not happy with their current gym to come check these guys out.

Going back. It's so great and effective. Tried for 2 months prior to our marriage and It helped not gain more weight. Now that festivities are over, we're returning.Be ready to sweat. It's fast paced and encouraging. First few days were torture for us because we were not used to the intensity but it gets better with time. I had to learn to pace myself since the first 2 times almost put me into Rhabdo.I love that the trainers help modify based on my capability. Will update based on progress

This is where you want to be if you care about your physical fitness. The workouts can be intense, especially in the beginning, but there is no substitute for hard work! Friendly people, clean gym.

Great coach and very nice facility. Plenty of equipment and the gym is in a good location. The programming is on point and works. It’s different from CrossFit similar to a long HIIT type of workout.

I came here pre-covid and wanted to catch up on my reviews. I won a free month from social media so I was able to check Foundry out. I enjoyed Foundry Fitness a lot! The instructors were nice and actually watch your form and the members there were also friendly. It is a small place though, but they definitely make it work. I love how they are muscle focused each day. They make it tough. This spot is located in Kentland's, you can park in the area where Michaels/PetSmart is and walk over.
