The service alone is worth walking in the store itself, I was stunned by how informative Mr. Chan was that I forgot to ask for his name so I called back after leaving a happy customer!I was able to get something delivered near by within a couple of hours of ordering so that is amazing. I don't expect that to happen every time. They noticed the address was listed as "closed on Saturday" but after assuring they will be able to make the delivery, they obliged.Their selection seemed normal but then again just don't know much about flowers.I feel like the value was great and I paid a fair price. It was worth it mostly because of the personable staff and experience I received in the store. Thanks!

Flower World Wide is wonderful! I went into the store a few days before my son's prom for a corsage and they helped my vision become a reality. They were patient, listened, looked at my inspiration photos and created something simply beautiful.

I asked that the flowers be delivered early last because my girlfriend gets off at 5 and they delivered the roses ? 1st thing in the morning...my girlfriend just loved the rosesGreat Job I will always use you as I have in the past . 10 thumbs ?? up !

Today I went to their store to buy flowers for my girlfriend with great joy. I liked the first bunch of flowers at the door. The staff said 157, and said it was not for sale. They asked me to order a new one, and the asking price was around 170! The key is that the re-made flowers are too different from the displayed ones, both in terms of generosity and grade, which affect the mood! feel cheated

We had to send flowers to one of our employees in Maryland even though we're in Virginia. The person who took our order was very patient, thorough, and made sure every detail that we wanted was understood. Our employee received the flower arrangement the same day and absolutely loved them; she was very very grateful and thankful and, as this was in honor of someone who'd passed away, she was very moved by the arrangement. I cannot say enough about the artistry in this arrangement AND about the professional and empathetic customer service we received from Flowers World Wide & Gaithersburg Floral!! You can trust their service and we recommend them heartily!

I always buy flower from Mr and Mrs Ahn for my wife's birthdays, anniversaries and Valentine's Day and they are always, always beautiful. I am glad to share this compliment publicly. And, it's cool that their kids work there, too.
