I want talk about my experience in this place last week on August 15 thrusday my car was failing in a power steering electronic sistem, I was along with my family I made it to this mechanic shop center Flower Hill Liberty Auto center next day I got a call from Mr Troy Parcells that run the diagnostic about my car found out that there's was a safety issue and, with all honestly I was told that they could fix it but, I had a warranty in my car for a period of time that my could be fix with no charge.
That point about this that I did know anything about this warranty thanks to this good man I didn't have to pay anything at the dealership to get my fix car thansk to Mr

My car was fixed and that made feel that people like this man deserve to have his business full of customers I highly a appreciate this guy his help from now and, on I will take my car or anything that happens to my car and recommen this shop with no doubt thank Mr Parcellers for your help and, honesty.

When I told one of the owners of Flower Hill Liberty Autocare Gas station
…Troy Parcelles that my car ? was egged by the neighborhood delinquents, he personally ran my car twice through the car wash and then he personally wiped down the remaining sticky egg ? with a cloth until it was sparkling clean. This station understands the meaning of service and honesty…you won’t be disappointed. They really care about cars and personal service.

This place is the worst place I have ever been, they r thiefs working in store. I went for inspection, and i didn't have the wheel lock key with me to take out the tires, so they wouldn't let me come back with the same payment. They told me they would charge me again if I left to get the key, and we argued then when they gave me the report, they put a problem that the car don't even have. Telling me there is an exaust leak without a check engine light, the most common problem to get engine light. Just to listen, I asked how much it cost to fix, and they told me $1130?? what a terrible ppl. They robbed me in a daylight.

Just bought a 2011 mustang and took my car here for a MD State inspection... the customer service was pleasant but the car service is mediocre. Once I left there my passenger rear caliper (which they took apart) made a ridiculous knocking noise that I never heard!! Only once I left that noise came. One thing led to another and I ended up changing my calipers, rotors, etc myself. Come to find out my rear brake was not in the best condition at all! And they don't even bring it to your attention. They just slap it back together and send you away. I can say they gave me a quote for a very expensive repair.... although I can appreciate them for that, I would rather them pay attention to some of the stuff that matter alot as well; LIKE MY BRAKES!!! Very disappointed. Won't be going back.... word of advice, if you can... try to learn how to do it yourself.... these guys in particular don't really care... they just want the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I had issues with the gas station part of this. I prepaid the pump $20 and all seemed normal until after I get $75 notification from them. I go to speak about it and immediately felt like they don’t care what anyone has to say. The “manager” repeated to me the bank does that. I tried to explain I know it usually takes like .01 or $1 then runs your card. But I prepaid this $20…why all of a sudden I’m I getting a $75 approved transaction? But the manager kept repeating the same thing and kept being so tone deaf to it all. Even said to me “we get your kind of people all the time” like excuse me? I got it all on video too. I recorded it as soon as he spoke to me and tried to explain cause I felt his attitude and his I don’t care about this mentality. I believe just a clear explanation and trying to understand the customers confusion is fine. But this man obviously doesn’t care about customer service at all. If anyone has any issue just talk to a wall you’ll get more of a response and you won’t be told a comment like “your kind”. I don’t wanna say he’s a racist or has something against women but you don’t just say “kind of people” to a customer. I have a witness and a video for a reason. I felt his tension and demeanor.

Too expensive oil change was supposed to be 47$ with filter included and they didn't charge me $16 for the filter and I don't know how the oil change came out $87 I think it's the first time and last time I go there I'd rather go over the mileage a bit huh go somewhere else than go there DON'T GO THERE!!!

Over the weekend I had trouble starting my car. I told myself that next week I should get it looked at. I didn't get a chance because my battery died. I had to get my car jump started and took it to the nearby Liberty Auto Gas Station. I needed a new battery (it lasted 8 years!) and the alternator had a couple of bad diodes and needed replacement. The parts came in the next morning and I got the car back in the afternoon. The costs for parts and labor was about what I had expected for a job like this. I was very satisfied with the work done.Services: General repairs & maintenance
