I used to live right across from Flower Hill Automotive, but I’ve moved to VA and I still drive all the way to MD for them to work on my car. They are extremely honest; they do good work and I know I can trust them. Especially as someone that does not understand cars, I know and can go there, and they will make sure I’m safe and that my car is getting all the proper care it needs. I’ve had bad experiences before, with mechanics saying that my car was about to catch on fire (when it was just fine), so I just drive to MD because I don’t want to deal with dishonest people. If you are a female/male that is not interested on learning about car mechanics I recommend that you go there, as you won’t have to worry about anything, just drop your car off and have a nice day ?

So disorganized, can't even make an appointment for drop off. I called on Monday, he said they're booked up, can't take till Thursday & to call first before bringing in. When I called on Thursday, he didn't even know what I was calling for or talking about. Had to explain everything about car problem all over again. Then he says he can't take till Monday, still booked up & makes excuses, tells me to wait another 4 days to bring car in. He should have just said he can't do it anytime soon in the 1st place. Instead, he wastes a customer's time, with no consideration at all! I could have got it fixed somewhere else by now & will certainly be doing that. I will not be calling them again, apparently he has enough business & can't handle anymore! Also, wasting several days of my time is not appreciated!!Update: in reply to your response, I NEVER said my vehicle had been sitting for a long time!! In fact I told him TWICE what it needed. I don't know where he got such a ridiculous idea unless just saying that as an excuse. My vehicle has tags & is insured. Why would anyone pay insurance for a vehicle to sit for a 'long' time? Also, if it wasn't being driven, how would I know what was needed?? There was never any mention of 'issues'! I prefer to find another mechanic after this.

Brent and the guys at Flower Hill are honest, hard working and efficient! They have saved my family both money and time in finding solutions for auto problems, explaining why something needs to be done and do excellent work!!! Very pleased with them !!

My husband and I are those people who have always been having their cars serviced at the dealer since we bought them. My husband was told he needed a very extensive bit of work done to his Infinity G20 so he thought he should get a second opinion. Enter Flower Hill Automotive. They not only recommended fewer things needed to be done, but also performed them at a fraction of the price the dealer quoted. On my Prius, I had to have a battery tire sensor replaced last year. I did that at the dealer, who charged me $399. I just had one replaced at Flower Hill today and I kid you not, Brent charged me 1/3 of the price and noted the battery levels in the other two sensors that have not yet been replaced so I knew. He's not pushy about services but will tell you honestly what needs to be done now, what's optional, and what you can wait on. It's always easy to get in touch with him and he's very communicative about everything. Highly recommend; we're never going back to the dealer.
