We had the best experience with Moira Ruth at the Gaithersburg MD shop. She was knowledgeable, patient and had some great design ideas. We plan to buy what we need to remodel 4 bathrooms from Floor and Decor and it will be entirely due to Moira’s exceptional customer service. Floor and Decor is fortunate to have her! Thank you Moira!

Floor & Decor is my go-to spot for all things flooring. Their selection is impressive, with a wide variety of materials from tile and hardwood to luxury vinyl. The prices are competitive, and the quality is excellent. What stands out most is the helpful staff—they are always knowledgeable and willing to offer advice or answer any questions. I can tell u as a class c contractor and house flipper floor and decor is worth the investment in the bigger tile saws. Will set u apart from the competish. Going with 4×2 wall tile. Other tile stores r twice the price. They do have some insanely expensive tile but I will say it's classy as all heck and would look good in any bathroom.

I have recently interfaced with two sales individuals from the Floor and Decor in Gaithersburg Maryland, Langston on 5/29/24, and today, 6/22/24, AK. On both occasions, both men have been more than helpful, patient, and attentive to helping me determine and find the materials I needed for my bathroom remodel. Floor and Decor is lucky to have these two individuals as their employees. I will use Floor and Decor as my go-to store for any future projects I embark upon.

Don’t believe anything about their warranties. I asked several employees at this store if one of their LVP floors would be good enough to last 5 years in my office. Within months, cracks started to develop, as the flooring was very thin and brittle. It cracked under basic office chairs, even with a polycarbonate mat placed below them. When trying to make a warranty claim, they required I have a floor inspector examine the floors for $350 to determine the cause.I feel misled and would not recommend the LVP flooring here. The warranty is a joke!

I went to the Gaithersburg location and I had a much better experience with customer service. Nelson, one of the employees, helped me locate the tile I was looking for to complete my bathroom renovation. He loaded it for me, walked me to the counter, waited and walked me out to my car and loaded it all into my car with a smile. He was incredibly professional and with all that would not accept a tip. What an amazing human being! He should get an employee of the year award and a raise. I would suggest to anyone going there to shop, the store has so many options for floors, tile, and marble, it can become very overwhelming. I would suggest to look online in advance and have some ideas of what your looking for before going. Also, save the names so you can be pointed directly to them. You will definitely see so much more. You might even change your mind a few times with all the options but at least you will have some idea of the style your looking for. Otherwise, if you like this kind of stuff and just want to walk in, you will be in heaven with all options to make your space beautiful.

I purchased some tiles from this store, but unfortunately they were of bad quality and had cracks. I tried returning the box, but the manager was not helpful and told me that store’s return policy only allowed return within 30 days, even though the receipt says 90 days. He lied to save few dollars. I am disappointed at customer service and that they would sell such poor quality tiles. One of installed tiles in my kitchen has already cracked within a month.
