Called FixMe Wireless to replace my iPhone 8 failing batter. Within a half hour, a new battery was installed, the screen was polished, and the phone and cover were air cleaned. The technician, Gabriel, is an old-world craftsman who takes a lot of pride in his work, and cares about providing the best result for the customer. The charge was $62, which is about half that of Apple stores or uBreakiFix. FIVE STARS!

took a ipad with a crack to him and went over the model. not only did he get something that did not fit but also used SUPER GLUE(found out about it after I took the iPad to a more reputable place) but tried to sell me more service and of course charge more money..... do not trust this guy! h

I had my Surface Pro 8 repaired here, which I knew was going to be a very difficult repair for anyone to attempt. The new screen had to be ordered from Microsoft, but was quickly and promptly fixed on the day that it arrived. Kept me in the loop over the phone, and communicated all necessary details. I will come here again.

Gabriel was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I dropped my phone with a not so pleasant outcome. Gabriel quickly diagnosed my phone's malfunction and replaced the part for a great price. He was kind and easy to talk to. Thank you Gab ?

I am writing this so it does not occur to anyone else. I decided to go to this place due to amount of good reviews. However I had the worse experience ever. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I paid the guy to change my back screen for a iPhone 13 pro… and he fried my battery. He completely damaged my phone. Kept making excuses that it was something else and even said iphone 13 phones are having issues, to me he literally admitted he's had this type of issue due to his lack of work ethic because clearly Iphone 13s are not having issues. Its JUST HIM. I took my phone else where to get it checked out they told me whomever replaced my back screen did an awful job. Very unprofessional. And i saw everything, there was dust left behind. This guy messed up my who phone. Now I need to spend so much money to fix everything that is wrong with it, THE BATTERY, the whole back because he damaged the camera, and damaged where the flash is connected. Please take your phone else where where it can be in good hands and where ur money is valued. He left my phone DAMAGED and with a lot of scratches in the front. He absolutely can not repair a phone professionally. How do you have a shop and work so poorly? This guy will literally yell at you and try to make it seem like its your fault, battery being messed up and the scratches were whose fault? Im not taking my phone for it to be worse. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don’t have the experience I had. I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH. My phone is damaged. I have to spend more money to repair! THIS MAN REALLY MESSED UP MY PHONE. THE BATTERY, WHOLE BACK NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. EVERYTHING COMPLETELY. SCREW THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! HES UNPROFESSIONAL!!! SAVE YOURSELF.

Call to see if they had a case for my phone. Said he would have one in an hour. Killed time for an hour and showed up and no case. Then he wanted to meet to watch his store while he drove somewhere else to get the case. Are you kidding me. Ridiculous

Needed a new battery for my failing iPhone 8. Nearly every place nearby required an appointment (and had a waiting line), and had a charge over $100. FixMe Wireless took me on a walk-in basis, replaced by battery, charged $52, and took only 30 minutes. That's 5 stars!I noticed on some reviews someone felt insulted or that the proprietor (Gabriel) sounded too busy to accommodate their needs on the phone. Please keep in mind that this is a one-person shop trying to make an honest living and not price-gouge anyone. Still, 5 stars!
