Purchase was seamless and quick. My sales rep even dropped my car off at my home after purchase. This is the second car we’ve purchased from this location. Each time has been an excellent experience.

It took 5 days to fix the car. I had to ask for a loaner, it wasn’t offered. Communication between service dept and I was only through the salesperson and there were no updates provided or an estimated time of completion provided. The car was fixed properly but it wasn’t washed.

The staff at Fitzgerald Hyundai was very polite and helpful. They also provided me up to date information of the progress being made on the maintenance of my car.I was very pleased with the progress and maintenance that was performed on my car and alerted by them of things that needed to be completed.The representatives at the maintenance center who filled out the forms for me for the maintenance to be completed we're sincerely helpful and kind.I highly recommend anyone looking to have their car inspected it and repair it or fixed or just needing maintenance so it's only consider Fitzgerald.

They preformed a recall repair. Everyone was very courteous. We bought this car at this dealership years ago. And utilized their maintenance department for many years. They are reliable. I would have given 5 stars, but they didn't wash my car.

Upon arriving everyone from the start the man at the door when I pulled up were courteous and very welcoming !!! Amadou was very respectful, kind and friendly and was sure to take of all my cars needs. The young lady at the cafe was very kind also. This is the best experience I have ever received getting my car serviced at fact dealership. I will be sure to have all of my car serving at this location?!!

Great sales staff. Thanks for the happy ending to MyHyundai. My sales person and the finance department worked on my behalf. All the first points of contact area are really friendly and helpful, with professional service!! My only problem would be with some of the STAFF in the service department for Hyundai. Not sure if it was the time of day, end of shift but it really shouldn’t matter. Customer service is key to any business. Could be better. Didn’t feel as friendly as the sales side of the dealership.

Had to leave my car with them for a while to get my engine checked. The guy who handled it was good about what was going on with it and what to do next, but I would've appreciated it if he could've left voicemails or texts instead of me having to call back every few days for updates. Other than that, nothing I can really say was wrong with the place.

Not at all happy with the Hyundai service center. For years, I have used this service center with no issues but in fact they made me feel well taken care of not taken advantage of at all. However, it has been horrible since 2020. They have had 3 years to figure this out. Must be new management because the issues I see were never there before 2020. I gave them insight about this before. They now come off as money hungry, egregious, and shady. I appreciated them addressing an issue last year that should not have happened. Here we are about a year later and their business practices remain shady and worthy of consumer advocacy investigations. What do I mean? Let me explain the issue this time around. My battery died and I used my Buyer Protection Plan or BPP to tow my car to the dealership, believing they would do well by simply replacing it and performing my regular maintenance which is an oil change with tire rotation. Simple stuff. My maintenance appointment was in about 2 weeks but they assured me no problem just doing it now. I let them know a brake light, headlight and turn signal needed replacing as well. Cool. No problem and par for the course. I was told this could also be done in an hour or 2. When I called, they told me they may need to keep my car for 3 to 4 days just to diagnose it because they had so much business from the folks who did not want to use the Rockville location. So they're that busy. Then I was told getting a loaner would be a problem though I have the BPP that assures you get a loaner. Ok. When I got there, the place was not filled with people as Saturdays used to be. Not many advisors even working. Because the tow operator confirmed it was just a dead battery, oh now I can get in and out in 1 to 2 hours. All i needed was a battery and basic maintenance. So he tells me this is like around $420. Wth? When he told me my car was done and read off lights they installed, they totally missed my turn signal light which I reminded them. They insisted they checked and all were working until i told him a cop pulled me over for it. So it is definitely not working. So they take a look again for another hour or so and now my bill went from 420 to 725! What the entire hell? Then they don't give me choice about the battery but install a battery only good for 2 years or 36,000 miles. I brought my car in at 61, 000 miles. Why would I want a battery that only guarantees me 36k miles and just 2 years??? Plus pay $304 for a a battery?? I drive a 2019 Elantra. So wtf??? So though they charged 725, they took off 100 for BPP for towing. Are you serious??? This kind of nonsense was not typical of this service center in all the years I have been a customer. I hate that I was in a hurry to get out of there. I had a day of work to do for my business that meant I was losing money the longer I was there.Well, they lost me as a tire buying customer. I buy tires at Sams or Walmart. I won't go back for brake work due to prior experience with that. 3rd strike is this bull crap they pulled. Will need to find another place for regular maintenance. I think the purchase of their BPP is a waste as well. They had a great thing going and with the wrong people running it now, it's ruined. Good place to purchase vehicles but do not use Hyundai Service Center in Gaithersburg, even someone working there discredited the Hyundai Service Center in Rockville. Even though the "Fitz Buy Cars" tab states no appointment is needed I decided to make an appointment, Shortly after I answered all questions on the page I received an automated response from Faizan. The closest location to Great Falls, VA was the Gaithersburg location. S confirmed and texted him I'll be there around 10:30 and he replied I'll be here from 9 to 7. Upon arrival, I was asked if I was interested in buying a car I said I was looking for a used 2023 Hoda CR-V EXL but not in a rush. Then if I was interested in Hyundai Tucson I replied "no". So he said we are busy on weekends and do not appraise cars and I said you could've told me that before me driving 37 minutes. So I wanted to talk to the manager and was introduced to John, who gave me the same responce. Mind you when I was there I saw one set of customers and about half a dozen salespeople in the showroom and parking lot. I thought much more of Mr Fitzgerald organization being different than other car dealers.

Worked with Amadou, and repeatedly informed him that I needed him to send part of the bill to a local body shop as it was insurance related. 4 days after the issue was found, and I went to pick up the car, this had not been done and he gave no real explanation. The other advisers were no help and I had to eat the charges. Also when I came in 2 days after my car had been evaluated, I was told no rentals were available, but once I asked for my car back, a rental magically appeared. They will no longer get my service other than the free oil change, and I will be looking for tires elsewhere.

They were helpful in getting me a new Santa Fe, but I had to get it serviced for a check engine light after only 900 miles. This took over 2 weeks to get repaired under warranty. The car also only came with fix-a-flat and air pump instead of a spare tire. Having never used fix-a-flat, didn't know you can't patch a tire when used, so I learned the expensive way when a nail punctured my tire. This should be made clear to the purchasers, when buying.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Fitzgerald Hyundai. I have used a few authorized service dealers in the past 10 years some of which tried to find ways to get out of some issues related to recalls or extended warranty service issues. This dealership did the right thing. I appreciated the extra effort given by Amadou to get me in a timely matter and the resolution to the issue with my car.

The customer waiting area is clean. The staff are mostly attentive. The time I spent waiting was faster than anticipated. My only negative is I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for them to locate and give me my car when it was done.

I was able to select the auto that I wanted. This includes all of the features. My salesman was very helpful identifying these features with us. He stayed late to make sure we had a better knowledge of the car. The car arrived early. The business portion of this process went very easy.
