Another 5 Star experience. Leased a Forester. Brian Washington and Brian Sainz were both great! Shopped the Toyota models before settling on the Subaru. Govinda Ban and David were also outstanding. Everyone was so cordial and helpful. Terrific company. And I like that they are 100% Employee Owned!

I once scheduled a service appointment for a Chrysler with a check engine light. When dropping the car, the staff told me they won't service it because it was not a Subaru. An arrogant manager showed up and said they don't have the parts. Nobody ever questioned how I could have been given an appointment in the first place...All in all learnt they service other cars but only for usual service such as tire rotation, oil change, etc.

They're professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. For a simple oil change, you'll have to wait at least 60-90 minutes at the minimum, but I think that's pretty typical for service at any dealership. While you wait, there's free soda, free coffee, and free wifi. There used to be snacks before COVID started, but that's probably not coming back. Overall a solid place for service.

I really don’t know what happened to this place, they used to provide great service but not anymore. I took my 2020 Legacy for service, I picked up the car a few hours later and I quickly noticed that something quite right; the vehicle felt very bouncy, so I decided to check the tire pressure via dashboard and yes tires were over inflated, the Legacy requires 33 psi front and 32 psi rear well the front tires were at 44 psi and the rear ones at 42. There were also several water spots all over the car, took me hours to get those out using a buffer; it looks like they had the intension to wash the car, but they didn’t or they just forgot to dry it off. The overinflated tires issue is quite concerning and very dangerous to a point. Time to take my business elsewhere.Services: Tire rotations

I worked with Brian Washington to purchase a vehicle. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was able to make an informed decision after working with him. I recommend anyone go to Fitzgerald Subaru and ask for Brian. He will give you top notch service. The location had a good variety of cars as well.

We have been looking for a car for my husband for some time, since I have a Subaru and we love it, he decided to join the club. We found the Outback Wilderness online and reached out to our salesman Eric Engram. That evening we test drove a Wilderness and planned to come back in the morning to purchase. The next morning we came back and started the process. I will be honest in saying that I am not a patient person, and my husband told Eric as much. We've bought so many cars and the worst part about buying them is the amount of time it takes/ salesperson. Luckily, Eric was very nice to us and did his best to get us out of the dealership as quickly as possible including getting through our trade in (about 3 hours). Katrina in the finance area was quick and personable as well! We highly recommend Fitz Subaru of Gaithersburg for your purchasing needs!

Purchased a new Subaru Forrester from Michael J. He was an outstanding sales person to work with. Explained all the cars features and options. And when we went there to pick up the car and finish the deal he very carefully explained several important features to my daughter who will be driving.And outstanding salesman and a very good organization.Even when I returned to have the license plates put on they did it in about three minutes flat.

We worked with Andrew Huon to get our new Subaru Ascent. He made the car buying experience simple and straightforward - a fantastic experience. We walked in, they were able to give us a good price on the car, and ordered it promptly. With how the supply chain shortages are, it's amazing how fast they got us the car. Always kept communication throughout the whole process. Just a quick walk through financing later and the car was ours. We came in on a day where they were doing dog adoptions as well! The dealership was caring, and kind through the whole car buying process. I think this is what car dealerships should strive to be. They certainly have our business in the future and will be the first we recommend. Thanks Andrew and team!

I just bought a car from these guys and it really could not have been a better experience. I brought my dad with me because I was so intimidated by the whole idea of buying a car on my own, but my salesperson Rajesh Karki made the entire process simple and easy. Even with limited inventory to work with, he showed me some great options and helped me find the perfect car for me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. A man named Eric helped me work through the financing, and instead of just talking to my dad, he really focused on helping me understand exactly what my options were and the benefits and downsides of each option. Overall there is nothing negative I could say about the whole experience, and I'll definitely be coming back when it's time to buy a new car.

I visited Fitzgerald Subaru's Service department for regular maintenance (oil change/filters/tire rotation) for our Crosstrek. They have a great team of folks ready to help, and they handled the maintenance in even less time than they estimated, which is always nice! They even ran our vehicle through their light carwash for a fresh look.I also appreciate that their waiting room is pretty spacious with comfy chairs. As someone waiting on site for the service, this is a huge plus!Service: General repairs & maintenance
