My brother and I have been using this service center for more than 5 years. It is far from cheap but keeps our car going - so we return. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The waiting area is comfortable with free beverages and coffee available for the visitors. Maintenances have been done quickly in our experience. Overall, the center treats their business professionally and I have nothing to complain about. Thank you guys.

Staff here is excellent. Got me into a car and out the door on a Sunday. the paper work from the bank took longer than expected and to help with the wait, they ordered lunch for my partner and I. If you need a new vehicle this is a great group to buy from

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated about my recent experience with the service center. I was in town from out of state and needed work done on struts. After a ten hour drive back home, all the lights in my car turned on and the power steering and other features completely stopped working. It was terrifying. The Subaru shop near my home immediately saw that a sensor was left unbolted after the work Fitzgerald did. This was extremely dangerous and negligent.Meanwhile, I have been calling Fitzgerald since 9/12 to speak to a manager about this issue and have never received a callback. I’ve left messages with multiple managers, and with the original service advisor. The technical problem is bad enough, but not taking any accountability or trying to fix this is terrible. Absolutely will never take my car there again.

Overall my experience with the advisor staff was very nice. Mike Uglioni was very professional and understanding. The technician however that worked on my car was not. I stood outside near the pick up area waiting for my car, during that time, Mike had asked the technician Edwin Jimenez to install cabin and engine air filters before I left. Edwin retrieved my car and i witnessed with my own eyes as he proceeded to drive extremely aggressively through the parking lot to the garage, not slowing down or looking around turns. Then when returning my car to the garage, he repeated the same behavior. He also did not tell the valets that my car was finished so I stood there for another 15 minutes before informing them my car was done. Once I finally got into my car, I found that the cabin air filter had been emptied on my passenger seat, and the possessions in the glove compartment had been stuffed in. Like I said, overall the advisor Mike was very helpful, I explained what I witnessed and that it was completely unacceptable for the tech to behave that way in my car that I've spent thousands of dollars on at Fitzgerald.Daniel stein

Had taken my car in for its 6 month oil change and "check up". Mike and his team took care of my car, keeping me informed every step of the way and provided a video regarding the filters and brakes so that I could see what the mechanic saw. I opted to wait for service on my car instead of dropping it off. The wait time was reasonable. Service in general was impecable and I'm happy with their service with my car.

The sales team was attentive to me needs, patient with my review of vehicles, informative, respectful and professional. I didn’t feel pressured nor rushed through any process. The manager checked in on us timely too, was kind and professional and demonstrated that she values me as a customer which I appreciate.

Wonderful experience. Jesus was very professional and nice. He was straight forward with the prices and was not trying to sell us an expensive car. He cared about what we were looking for and had the Patience to check and let us check the cars out. Overall it was a great experience.

Fitzgerald Subaru service in Gaithersburg is welcoming and the staff is professional. I was kept informed and received a video of the technician going over the regular maintenance items. The price was competitive and reasonable compared to other dealerships in the area.

10/10 EXPERIENCEThis was my first time buying my own car, and trading my old gal in. Going into the process was nerve racking to say the least, but in retrospect, I can confidently say I would go back to Fitzgerald (specifically Subaru Gaithersburg) a million times over.Our sales person, Matt Sullivan, and the manager, Alex Saavedra, were nothing short of awesome. They did an incredible job explaining the process, were honest when it came to choosing the right vehicle, and I never felt as though I was being swayed or pressured. Their patience and consideration is what made this experience so flawless so thank you both! And thank you to the rest of the team for making it a comfortable environment for my father, little sister and I every time we came by.Thank you Alex and Matt!

I recently had extensive work done on my car, and I could not be more pleased with the service, expertise, timeliness, and full diagnostics for safety. Special thanks to Mike Ugolini, Asst.Manager and my service rep. His customer service skills are superb! Most important, he is trustworthy. Best of all, the prices are reasonable and an easy application to SunBit for a loan to pay off your expenses for no interest if it is paid off in 3 Mos installments.

I brought the car in for an oil change without an appointment. Everyone was courteous. It was done in about an hour. I like the new video of the vehicle assessment. Will definitely keep using this dealer for service!

Claudia was amazing. She did her absolute best to ensure I was happy. I was misinformed by another dealership about a service contract I purchased; she took my frustration as an opportunity to provide me the correct information in detail while assuaging my emotion over it. She really put herself in my shoes during those conversations and communicated on a compassionate level. Her kindness was tangible and genuine. Best treatment of a customer I have encountered in years, even to the point of giving a big hug at the end of the transaction. THANK YOU, Claudia & Fitzgerald! Will be back.
