I have been wanting a new acoustic guitar for awhile as my old Yamaha that I have dragged around for 40+ years was no longer serviceable. I have never set foot inside what I call a 'pawn shop' as those places never seemed to be reputable establishments - but when I got the call from my friend Seth that I might want to check out one he had in stock, I was intrigued and visited First Cash Jewelry & Exchange to check it out. The condition and, most importantly, the price of the item was perfect for me. Seth made my visit easy and personable. I must say that I was impressed with the breadth of selection of items in that store and will definitely be back. Thanks for the assistance, Seth.

After having a friend recommend this store, I recently visited with my wife to purchase some jewelry. I know little to none about jewelry however, Seth the store front employee, made our experience seamless and easy. I never felt pressured or forced to buy or try anything and he politely answered all our persistent questions. We walked out with exactly with what we were looking for and couldn’t be happier with the price we paid. Thanks Seth!

So I needed to get my wife a gift for mother's day, and there were so many options but I just don't know much about jewelry, then I was approached by a gentleman who was wearing a Jewish star. He proceeded to explain all the various options that he was certain my wife would love, and was able to find something that fit my budget! His name is Seth and he's a real mench! I highly recommend this place, especially if you can get him to help you. Thanks so much!

I occasionally stop by this place to see if they have anything interesting for sale. Had a really nice time talking with Seth about a Carver amplifier they had for sale. Seth knew his stuff. We chatted about electronics, a few guitars that were for sale and some jewelry. He seemed pretty knowledgeable on everything. I ended up only buying a few Xbox games, but I will be back and would happily work with Seth again.

Great store, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were hunting for a guitar in a certain price range for our daughter. We ended up getting something that was way better then we were expecting. Especially, considering the price point was kinda low. The agent Seth took the time to go through the selection and find the one that was a great fit for us. Highly recommend the place and asked for Seth if you want service and a deal.

I happened to be in the neighborhood to go to a different store and decided to pop in and see if there were any good deals. One of the staff helped me out with a laptop to make sure it would suit my needs and processed a quick sale on the spot. Thanks to Mr Seth for your help!

My wife and I recently set out to find a guitar, and despite our initial reservations about doing business at a pawn shop, we decided to give it a shot. As we stepped inside, we were warmly greeted by Seth. Seth’s demeanor immediately put us at ease. Not only was he knowledgeable about guitars, but he also exuded professionalism and courtesy. We explained what we were looking for, and without hesitation, Seth swiftly located a suitable guitar.
In a matter of minutes, the transaction was complete, and we walked out the door with a fantastic guitar. Seth’s exceptional service exemplifies what true customer service should be. We would not hesitate to do business with him again.

The service in that place is terrible, the little woman who is at the checkout with her hair painted green does not know how to be polite and the manager can be very kind and everything, but he sees that the woman is there, she is not educated and only a silly smile makes her, instead to give feedback to this woman to be more polite and friendly with the client.

Pretty normal for a pawnshop to lowball as most are going out of business. So I respect them for that. But sheesh get a new employee other than that Latina woman w tattoos and the worse attitude I’ve dealt w in months. Good luck to this business continuing with these horrible reviews. Ride staff that can't greet you when you walk in the door. Trying to pawn a entertainment system I'm and they want to give you $40.00 and you brought it for almost $300. Never again , I would go there I don't recommend this place at all. They are money hungry!

It is currently 11:13 AM. Their website and door state that they open at 10:00 AM. Rather than inform me that they were running behind on opening, a woman rudely gestured for me to wait outside in the 20-degree weather. I cannot even write a review on the Pawn experience itself, because of how rude and unprofessional the staff has been. If you need to Pawn, go ANYWHERE else.
