Very bad, the prices are very high, it seems that they were not used stores and according to all the clothes that are sold there are donated because the prices of some things like shoes, coats are 35 dollars and some much more, I will look for all my receipts and I will raise them later. Those prices, if you don't buy the things, how outrageous it is that you donate them and take advantage of the high prices.

If I could give zero stars I would. They do a terrible job of taking accountability and providing information when requested. I recommend you never do business with Fidencio. Extremely disrespectful. And they never contact you regarding payment issues and wait till you call to tell you a bunch of changes. They even canceled our policy without even telling us. The worst place I’ve ever been.
