Like everyone has said their hours are till 6pm for package pickup even though their website says 8pm. The FedEx location is open after 6pm but the office for package pickup is not. This is truly the worst FedEx location. If your package is here get it sent to another location and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this place. This location had left me the wrong door tag and sent me to another FedEx which was very kind and did try to get me to send the package to a different FedEx. So they must know this place is a mess. I also have a similar story to everyone else where they said they would deliver my package on the next business day after the first attempt. They never tried to re deliver so I came to the office to try and pick it up with no luck after first going to the wrong location because of the wrong door tag. Long story short avoid this location at all costs for your sanity.

On the first day Of the delivery I was told that the driver attempted to deliver the package, but no one was home, which is false. They just never bothered to knock on my door.
Second day the same issue happened, so I contacted the customer service and explained, they said they will make sure the driver will call me to find me the next day, which never happened.
On the third day, they missed me once again, which made me call the customer service and talk to the manager again. They said they will attempt the delivery again right away, which they did not.
I called them again on the fourth day, they said I can go to their office at 800 N Frederick ave to collect before 8PM, I went there, they told me they closed at 6PM, which is not what their website or their manager said, they said 8PM. So an hour of driving back and forth did nothing.
The next day I went there again, which as their sign said, they are open from 8-12PM. From 8-9AM no one showed up, me and a few other people stayed there and waited. We called them and no one would pick up either, because no one was in the office and they were outside for some reason. I went to the security guard who worked there, and he said he will not help me as he is busy, and threatened me to leave while yelling at me, while holding a bat in his hand. I called them and explained, the security guard was yelling at me, and their Fedex manager heard as he was yelling and apologized 100 times to me, I even wanted to call the police on him as I started feeling unsafe. After being there for 2 hours or so, someone showed up and gave me the package.
The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with customer service, as I felt genuinely unsafe.

Ignored a vacation hold for a high-value, perishable item then strung out the “last” delivery attempt for a week - one day at a time - while I stayed glued to the house waiting. When I stopped getting delivery updates, I called. The IVR said they didn’t deliver because they couldn’t locate the recipient (nonsense) then the phone rep said they attempted to deliver (impossible, I never left the house) and were returning to sender. Incredible. They refused to do anything other than hold the packages at the facility for one day. Horrible, horrible customer experience.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. I was in and out in a few minutes. I do dislike their self-service system where you need to purchase a card and add money with no change given.

I had an excellent experience recently. Hiywot was incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting me with my poster preparation. Her kindness and attention to detail made me confident that I made the right choice. They printed my poster quickly, and the price was reasonable. Thanks for the fantastic service and setting a great example for others.

Not surprised, I have seen the warehouse and people that work there. You can tell they are lazy and slow, Supervisors really need to be smarter on who they recruit.

Fantastic customer service. I came in one afternoon this week and had badly messed up my packaging and lost my prepaid postage order. They figured it all out, got the shipping label re-sent and got the package out. I appreciated how great they were at problem solving. Also, and this isn't minor, they have an electric door like a supermarket so you can walk in with a lot in your arms or on a cart.
