I’m absolutely furious. The driver leaves heavy packages at my garage door. I have asked the driver to leave packages at my front door. We are elderly and can’t lift the boxes. I’ve spoken with customer service. They assured me they will fix the problem. They have not.

Gaithersburg office consistently loses or fail to deliver packages to our home. For one package, it was sent back to sender without informing me even after I was called and confirmed my address. They repeatedly claim my address is “undeliverable” despite having no issues with UPS, USPS, and Amazon for deliveries. Ultimately we get maybe 50% of our packages and when actually delivered, it has never come on time. This has made us cancel multiple subscriptions from vendors (Chewy, HomeChef to name a few) because they utilize FedEx. I have called multiple times requesting they update their GPS map if that was contributing but get generic corporate response and no follow through. Our home is not even that new as we are in a 3 year old neighborhood.

Fantastic customer service. I came in one afternoon this week and had badly messed up my packaging and lost my prepaid postage order. They figured it all out, got the shipping label re-sent and got the package out. I appreciated how great they were at problem solving. Also, and this isn't minor, they have an electric door like a supermarket so you can walk in with a lot in your arms or on a cart.

I do like that they offer a quick scan for free drop-off so that you do not have to wait in line. The staff is helpful and friendly. They stay open late, which is a plus.

100 lb Package left near sidewalk, was slammed down and slid, left blocking exit off property and blocking my vehicles driver door. I am disabled and this leaves me in a very dangerous situation if there is an emergency, and leaves me completely unable to leave my home. Called support and was told there is nothing they can do, then they hung up.

Don't ever try to ship package with FedEx. The stuff working in store provided wrong information and ask me to call FedEx service. I called onsite, the customer service said they are not responsible. Then both of the staff in-store and the customer service accused me not doing exactly what they told me to. And I did what the staff in store what she told me to do in front of her eyes and she was out of words and she said I don't know. What a great service!In the end I shipped my package with UPS nice easy and fast!

i wish i could give this place zero stars. my package was delayed then denied. now im going to have to wait most likely another two weeks. this place has the worst customer service i was on the phone for an hour but fedex couldn't straight up tell me they couldn't do their damn job. all they have is bs excuses and apologies but wont do. thing about it. although im given the option to hold shipment customer service refused to help me intervene b4 it was sent back. do me a favor a train your employees and delivery drivers better. why is it that fedex will ship a package that ultimately wont be accepted by the local postal carrier? ive never been this angry over how rude your workers were. NASTY

Bring back the Pony Express! I received emails with updates on my package, that required a signature, and planned to stay home the day of the delivery. While waiting in my living room for the package, I received an email stating that a delivery attempt had been made! There was no door tag anywhere. I called FedEx and everyone kept repeating the same thing, that a delivery attempt had been made and that another attempt would happen the next day. It didn’t seem to matter that I told them that no one actually came to my house. When I called the number to complain, I was then told that the package was not actually supposed to be delivered on that particular day, but rather the next day, and that the driver was trying to do me a favor by delivering the package early and that he may not have had time to deliver it. I was “assured” that a delivery attempt would be made the next day. ?????? It just so happened, that on the same day, I was also expecting another package from FedEx (from Costco). I received an email update that this package had been delivered; it had not. I called FedEx again, and I was first told to check to see if my packages had been delivered to check in my neighborhood to see if my package had been delivered to another house. I questioned the rep. to see if I was really being asked to go door-to-door to find my package. She then stated that she would file a claim in order to find my packages. Exasperated, I drove to FedEx, later that day, hoping to pick up the package that required a signature. I was told that the package was at their facility, but they could not release it to me until they contacted the shipper. I finally gave up and drove home only to find the 2 large boxes from Costco with my door tag attached to one of them. Apparently, these were, in fact, delivered to one of my neighbors who kindly delivered them to me.

Carlos was AMAZING! He was friendly and meet me with a smiling face even after 4. Only as he was printing the receipt did I see that he was the Manager. What a great example of how to treat customers!!! I will use this store again and again!

One of the worst places to pick up any items shipped there. There is an older Indian man who refuses to wear a name badge therefore you can’t report him to the company. Very Racist, hostile, rude, and has the tendency to threaten you. When asked for his information he said F you and the company will never fire me. One of the worse places to ever go especially for a black woman.
