I’d put negative star if I could.
This is my first negative review !!!
For the last 2.5 years - it’s been impossible for FedEx Gaithersburg to deliver my package right on time.
The lies that they have used.
1. Can’t find address
2. Tried to deliver no one found
3. Missing apartment
Sometimes they’ve delivered it to a random address (no keyword match) and also shared proof of delivery. Sometimes important documents, expensive (very expensive) household items.
Surprisingly after wasting 2 hours with them after such a chaos - they find the house next day easily.
Their call center is also equally tragic ! They have no information and have a filed a complaint from me at least over a dozen times.
A few times that station manager at Gaithersburg center assured this was not going to happen, but it has at least 20 times more !
They once delivered a 8k item to an altogether different street and that package required signature / they never confirmed !
I am going to start being explicit to all vendors to never use them for my package !!
FedEx and Fedup are 2 same words for me !!

Every time I've been in here, the staff have been super helpful! One time, they couldn't ship my package due to the label being a problem (not their issue - this was the retailers fault) and they were nice about helping me get my package back to my car and taping it up.

100 lb Package left near sidewalk, was slammed down and slid, left blocking exit off property and blocking my vehicles driver door. I am disabled and this leaves me in a very dangerous situation if there is an emergency, and leaves me completely unable to leave my home. Called support and was told there is nothing they can do, then they hung up.

One of the best place for shipping and stationary shopping. Staff is really friendly and helpful.
