This place shouldn't be in operation because of its horrible customer service. They do not care about their patients or their health needs.1. You will spend over a week calling the office over and over to make an appointment to be seen. Leaving voicemails doesn't work because no one will call you back.2. When you finally have an appointment, you won't make it to be seen because no link for telehealth will be sent to you.3. The receptionist is responsible for calling you to set up a follow-up appointment; guess what? She won't be calling you.

WOW! WOW! WOW! they took my kids after my 16 year old who has shown in the past that she has lied to police dectectives and the school. The CPS worker was also NEW only 40 to 50 hours put in. Every CPS worker from the past closed because they seen i was protective with NO physical abuse.. The CPS work was allowed to walk around by his self and talk to the kids by his self because we were not worried because we dont abuse and we was cooking at the time.. HE lied about my statement in his report and aslo my wife statement he lied about.so how can we say he did not lie about my kids. We go to mediation on the 16th and I will agree to anything aslong as they remove the unprofessional CPS workers from my case. PLEASE HELP THEY HAVE TOOK MY KIDS ON FABRICATED TEEN LIES AND REPORTS.. We have proved SOME THINGS IN COURT...HELP ME CHAT> MY lawyer does not let me talk.. and I dont like how they look at me .. IM SCARED IM BLACK .. MY FAMILY IS MY ONLY FAMILY.. Im PROTECTIVE OF THAT WITH NO ABUSE.. This is so wrong on so many levels... More to say about this corrupt system but Im trying to get my KIDS.. ?

FSI does not deserve any stars. I do believe at one point it was a place that gave me housing. Which I benefited from for about two to three years. But because of the abuse I saw from staff not all staff but most staff , towards clients, I had to get out of there. To be honest. Since I have left FSI. I've grown alot more mentally, spiritually, I have a relationship with my family. Im more mature. Family services I felt imprisoned. It hurt me to see clients being mistreated.I'm glad I left. I have my own apartment. I haven't been hospitalized since I left family services since I think end of 2018. When I started there it was 2016. I had only been to the mental ward once which is was lead me to fsi, but I just got worse. I am thankful they provide housing but the abuse, and they staff are horrendous . Cornerstone is way better than FSI.

Absolutely horrendous. My #HIPPA rights were violated, as well as my #civilrights and #humanrights. I fail to see how anyone with a conscience could work here or affiliate with this organization. I would only recommend my worst enemies to go here for services.

Their website says they accept car seats. I called to make arrangements to drop off three good ones.
Receptionist was harried and transferred me to someone else; she in turn transferred me to another line.
I offered to drop off the seats after their normal working hours as I work in DC; response was "no".
I asked if there was a donation box, area, etc. for after hours drop-off. Was rudely told there was not.
No suggestion for if/how to drop off after hours. No "thank you for thinking of us; unfortunately we can't accept after hour drop offs". Not even the where with all to ask if I wanted to make a cash donation in lieu of the car seats (I probably would have...but not after their rude and incompetent behavior).
I sure hope their help to people in need is more accommodating than their "acceptance" of car seats.

FORGET about help from Montgomery Station. Just another PRP warehouse for "the mentally ill". The staff is rude and gossips .They treat the adults like children. If they don't want you there they just push you out of the program with no paperwork to show official closure. Admin staff at MS keep you on hold forever or hang up on you. Although they claim accessibility you have to advocate for it! If you are bullied in Montgomery Station or harassed NOTHING is going to happen for you. I speak for me and other people I know of. OK one guy that pulled a knife, had to go.
They violated my HIPPA rights at the main building of Family services with NO consequences. What is the point of having HIPPA? I am here STILL as a client of family services bec. I am DEPENDENT on the drugs they have given me(which I have gained over 150lb weight gain on). I have an anxiety disorder.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to learn as much as you can about your disorder, keep being as independent as possible.

Wish i could give them 0 stars. they are so mean and abusive to their clients. They will play games with your time and make you hold on line forever. They dont care about the men and women who need mental help. they are just their for a pay check. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR dont go there. its a horrible place from the top down. THey would change my doctors, they would give me the wrong appointment times.
