I have had at least 2 haircuts from Mai, and they have both been excellent. She is very pleasant and I love the feel of the shop. Good location too!

I was referred to Mai by my mother and she did a great job on my first cut. When I went back the second time my hair was butchered. I asked for a trim and she started hacking the length off with her razor, not her scissors/shears. I’ve never seen anyone do that. The back, side, and front are all different lengths with chunks missing (naturally). I’ll have to pay another salon to fix what’s left (which isn’t much).

Until I went to Mai I never liked my haircuts - My hair is thick and she styles/cuts beautifully and take a great deal of time with fine highlights. Also, from day 1, I let her decide what should be done. Very happy I found Mai.
