I was attending my grandson’s lacrosse tournament and when we left on Sunday around 1:00 pm to drive home to NC, imy car overheated and blew out the radiator. We got AAA and he suggested we take the car to Billy’s repair shop. We arrived at 4:10 pm and Executive was closed. An adjoining company called Billy and he said he would come back to see what he could do. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a new radiator and would fix it first thing in the morning. He even offered to drive us to our hotel. Next day we were on our way back to NC. Billy is a super nice person and his shop does A1 service. I cannot recommend him enough.

Bill (the owner) is great! He was attentive, checked out my car thoroughly, while explaining to me when I needed to change my brake pads. There was no upsell, just honest, good work done on my car. I appreciate when people are honest and get things done quickly. I especially like that they are open on a Sunday

I had a problem with my front right wheel vibrating...I went through 2 mechanics and a wheel specialist and got no solution. Bill listened then took the car out for a test drive and basically figured out the problem in the first five minutes. He then took time to confirm what he thought by putting the car up and doing a thorough examination.I am really impressed!Prices are very reasonable too!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop is outstanding! Bill is a fantastic mechanic who always offers excellent service and advice. He has helped me several times and always comes up affordable solutions for fixing my car. On top of being the best mechanic in town, he is also a wonderful person. I am so grateful to have found such an awesome place! I can’t recommend this shop enough!

I took my car in for an oil change, plus a break pad replacement (after a different shop indicated that I had to replace them). Bill indicated they were in good condition and didn't need replacing, so definitely a business that can be trusted when it comes to a realistic diagnostics! Overall the price estimate they provided was still much more reasonable then what you can get at other places.Services: Brakes

Looked up mechanics open over the weekend to get a pre-purchase inspection done for a used car I was looking to buy. This man saved me from buying a car that was listed as no accidents, no paint work, no issues. He asked the salesman all the right questions, looked over literally every inch of the car and showed me overspray in the door jam that was so hard to see but 100% definitive proof the car had been repainted. He fought for me like he knew me and I had just met him lol. He has a forever customer in me and my wife whenever we're up in MD, saved us $35k+

I called today about an issue I was having (dead battery wouldn’t jump properly even when connected to another car) to see if they would accept my car if I got it towed to them. The extremely kind man who picked up the phone talked through my battery problems with me for 10 minutes and encouraged me not to be hasty and first call AAA to see if a professional grade jump starter would have more power to jump my battery. He was right, so I didn’t end up needing to bring my car here— his honesty and patience saved me a lot of panic and hassle. If I ever need a mechanic I’ll be taking my car to this shop.

I initially did oil change here and Bill found it was hard to start my cars. So he dropped me off home and found my car starter failed. He fixed the car pretty quick on the same day. I was lucky that Bill found out the problem and solve it fast. The price was very reasonable. Strongly recommend! I will come here again.Service: Oil change
