Sarvin is the best in the business. We having been going to him for 15 years! We drive a 2012 BMW X3 and the dealership has tried to rip us off with unnecessary work (quoting several thousand dollars!!) I would take the breakdown of what the dealership said I needed and Sarvin looked at our car had confirmed what was actually needed and what could wait/or not needed. He also doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for labor. He’s just honest and very trustworthy.

Excellent auto shop that specializes in Euro cars. Sarven was easy to speak with and was a completely honest professional. As a female, it can be hard to find someone to trust, but I felt at ease knowing I was getting an honest diagnosis at a legitimate price for my Audi. Highly recommend! Already a repeat customer.

Eurowerks is among the best auto maintenance services in Montgomery County and surrounding region providing high quality services at reasonable prices on both foreign and domestic brands. The combination is almost unheard of in Montgomery County. The owner, Sarven Mermer, is fully certified on all leading German brand autos. Sarven has maintained my BMW's for more than a decade. I've never encountered an issue he couldn't fix. One instance involved a complete motor tear-down and rebuild. No issues. Flawless craftsmanship at the time of delivery and Sarven stands behind all his work. If an issue arises after delivery, Sarven makes good on his commitments. For those who know cars, it really makes a difference being able to talk directly with the engineer who will be doing the work on your car rather than to some sales agent who never gets it right. I've used all the major service centers in the region including Rockville VOB BMW and its counterparts in Tyson's Corner. Overall, I have received better and more customized services at much lower costs from Eurowerks than from any of the other provider. And, they provide maintenance on domestic brand autos as well at the same high quality and cost-effectiveness as foreign autos. Take your foreign or domestic auto to Eurowerks Gaithersburg and they will earn a 5-Star rating from you too.

Never going back again. I paid to have an alignment done. I had to bring the car to the dealer a year later and found out the alignment had never been done on the car!

I bought a used 2009 BMW 128i from Sarven. I had a few issues with the car. He repaired the car until I had no more issues without any questions. A very honest person.

It was so refreshing, they didn't play games here. We quickly agreed on a reasonable price put down a deposit and the car was ready when we came all shiny and detailed. Our salesman didn't pressure us in anyway and was a really nice guy. I would definitely buy another car here.

Disgusting. Came here to get my fuel pumped changed, paid $600 just to have my car break down outside my eyeglsses store. I was told by that mechanic on site that it was still my cars stock fuel pump. Disgusting people, and they dared say "well how did it come on our car in the tow and drive away" clearly you guys know how to weasle your way around fixing cars, while saving material and money for yourself. I was recommended by the owners cousin, never again will i trust this place.

Brought my mercedes here a few months back and was at my whits end when I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Luckily after meeting with Sarven (I believe he's the owner) He helped me figured out it was the distributor and didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. I will say, in as many years that I've been in this county, I realize the mechanic business has changed. Most mechanics rush to replace parts and don't properly diagnose internals as they should be. Kudos to honest business people like Sarven who gave me the proper trusted advice and I will never take my car elsewhere. Go see these guys and don't look back!
