Lili and the rest of the staff at Elite Mortgage were extremely helpful during my home buying process. From day one they were always working to the best of their ability to get me what I needed and provide me with all the information I could ask for in order to make the best decision for myself. They never once had an issue with me having multiple questions and always provided the data and answers I asked for with haste.When it came down to actually buying my home they were also super helpful in ensuring things moved along swiftly even when there were last minute rush requests that were necessary for the closing to complete without issue. Lili's dedication was especially of note as she worked to get everything I needed in order and ready all the way up until the afternoon of the beginning of her international travel. Even after she was officially on vacation the rest of the staff at Elite Mortgage were poise to continue her great work and push things along with the same quality and dedication.Elite Mortgage truly lives up to the name and I always felt will full confidence that they were always working with me to get the best results for me.

Lili and William were very helpful in getting me closed with the best rate available at the time (I did my research and gotten multiple quotes). They were responsive in answering via email or text. Lili was even remaining active during her foreign travel to help me close early! Highly recommended.

I'm a realtor in Central Florida and my buyer went with Elite Mortgage to handle his approval and financing needs. More specifically his loan officer was Yin Tang (Sherry) and she was extremely communicative, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We spoke almost every single day just keeping one another up to date. Yin was able to get my buyer a clear to close in roughly 20 days on an investment property. Yin's experience helped to make this sale happen in many ways. Her expertise allowed her to get ahead of the game and we were always prepared.
