Every single person I came across was polite, professional, and sincere. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. John, the owner was fantastic to deal with. Wasn't sure exactly what to expect with Elite Auto Brokers. I found a vehicle of interest online, and wanted to take a look. So I took the drive. This small/not so small dealership is located within a business district. I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment, wasn't fully aware their inventory contained solely higher end vehicles. All vehicles shown were "clean CLEAN". My salesperson "JT" listened to my wants, and quirks, and he matched my energy ?. The financial manager (part I always loathed), Liat, extremely pleasant. In less than 1.5 hrs I had my car. Thanks to all involved. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

I bought and 16 GLE 350 from Matt Singer. Matt was great to deal with. I saw his past review and was thinking something was up because it was all good review minus the tolling ones. Matt is the real deal dont change. I will also like thank Jarrett ( different sale rep) he's a good conversation while I wait for the paperwork and Lait bregman (Fin manager) she was clear and directed with no up sales. The only bad experience I had was the guy that sit up front. It wasn't his deal having and out burst over prices was uncalled for, it's other was to add your two cent.

I had a flawless experience with Elite Auto Brokers. JT, John Treat, was the first person I spoke with when I called about one specific suv I had seen on the website. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I was able to put a deposit on the vehicle and schedule an appointment for 2 days later as we live 2 hours away. The vehicle was ready to go and immaculate when we arrived. The buying process was very quick and painless. I think it's the easiest car purchase I've ever made! I love my new Yukon Denali. The customer service was top notch. Matt took excellent care of me as soon as I walked in the door. He accompanied me on a text drive in a 530i and showed me every detail about the car. Needless to say I am now a proud owner of a BMW 530i x drive!!!!! ?
