I recently switched my auto and homeowners insurance coverage to State Farm. I met with Fabian in the office. He patiently answered all of my many questions and provided an in depth explanation of some additional coverage I was considering but needed a better understanding of. His explanation enabled me to make an informed decision. He set up my coverage for both home and auto at the end of our meeting. This was a very efficient, informative, and easy process. Donna's attention and efforts to resolve issues or provide information on a timely basis is an experience I have not had in a while even at State Farm. I just recently moved to Donna from another agent and couldn't be more pleased.

So far, my experience here has been pleasant. The agent is kind and explains the processes easily. The location is great and feels almost cozy. There's sanitizer readily available here, too.

Horrible service. After increasing my homeowner's insurance by 30% with no explanation, I cancelled it. They also have the nerve of getting a pay out from my mortgage lender for full balance of next year's insurance a month before my old policy ended.
