super overpriced, i understand trying to deter resellers, but $5 for a mason jar when you can go to walmart and buy a new one for $1.50 is crazy.

The friendliness of the staff members who came to our house was exceptional. We met Jackson and Brian, who was mostly with the truck. They worked smoothly together and had all our junk out of the house and in the truck in much less time than I expected. Although they had another pick-up scheduled, Jackson sat with us for a bit and told us about Donation Nation, its goals, and how it works to accomplish them. We learned so much, and the visit was actually fun! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we'll definitely be calling again. Just outstanding!

This is the second time I’ve contracted Donation Nation to remove large pieces of furniture that I’m donating. Both times the two man Crew was efficient, and considerate and very professional!

We used Donation Nation to empty out the very full apartment—clothes, furniture, art, etc— of a recently deceased relative. They were amazing, from first to last encounter. Emailed a request. They got back to me immediately with confirmed date. Their team—Jackson and Jason—were lovely, hardworking young men. They showed up exactly on time and completed the work quickly. The price was very reasonable and I quickly got an itemized receipt for things donated by email. When I compare the experience to a similar challenge in California—where we had to coordinate with lots of individual donation points—I can’t say enough about how wonderful these folks are.

Donation Nation came when they said they would and quickly cleaned out a storage locker at our condo. They took absolutely everything away including old paint!They were courteous, efficient and low cost. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I like Donation Nation! I found several super unique items. However, the prices are definitely high. I am all for researching the value online but just because something is listed online does not mean it gets sold at that price. I love art but their prices on art are definitely overpriced. That said I like the people whk work there and cherish my unique treasures I found there. I will keep coming back. I still feel Restore in Rockville provides better value on their stuff.

This is the fifth time we have used them and every time I think they really just are the best. So friendly, they make it so easy and quick. And it is good for the enviroment - love it.
