There was an employee named "Rezza" who pulled me, and my brother with tourettes to the side, because my brother had an uncontrollable tic. I explained my situation, and he said he does not care, and he said that we were unwelcome. This experience was bad, and we feel discriminated against.

EMPLOYEES OPENED THE DOOR TWICE WHEN I WAS IN THE FITTING ROOM
- Employees opened the fitting room doors even though the room is labeled occupied.
- The fitting room door is thick so the other side of the door is unable to hear anything.
- I kept saying 'occupied' loudly and employees still open the door. Later I had to open the door saying I was using the room before the employee uses the key.
- Also, the customers constantly push the help button ignoring the in use and red sign.
BUT...
A good place to find sport clothing essentials. Swimming caps, swimming goggles, shirts, shorts, and skorts. A tip is when you use the fitting room just tell the customer to press a different button at an empty fitting room. The store is well stocked and clean. Employees are not knowledgeable about the tennis gear.

really lame deal fir a fish license they send you up
and diwn levels like a yo yo.no help registets looked closed on upper level. walmart is much mire eady to buy a fishing license but the systen was down for 5 days so i had to go to ficks.never again unless its an emergency item .i miss galyans they rocked

Went into the store the other day and had spoken to a the manager Jen she was very rude and brushed me off about where a certain shirt/Jersey was in the store so I went to another employee to express my frustration when I asked them was she normally like this they laughed and basically explained yes and said she is always rude to customers and employees as well when I asked for corporate number she came up with a lame excuse about how she couldn’t give it to me it made me very uncomfortable and will probably go to Wheaton and it’s making me go further out even though Gaithersburg is right down the street from my home

Shopped in here numerous times over the years. Customer service is always sparse but good. This place is always stocked with the best outdoor gear, tumblers, canoes, and all outdoor supplies you could need(within reason).

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. It reminds me a lot of sport authority . They sell shoes, raincoats, soccer balls , bicycles everything. And its well located too

Today 02-23-24 i was profiled by an young teen employee at this store , it was very appauling to say the least I was very upset about the situation, I completed my purchase and left the store because the more I taught about what went down the more upset I was getting but I didn’t want to make scene at the store. I immediately called the store and ask for the manager and explained what had happened and I hope she fixed this issue, no one deserves to be treated in that manner. Disgusting#its2024

Very poor selection of protective equipment. Zero archery gear, zero shin guards, pads, etc. Not worth the time.
