Bought running shoes for my kid online. Exchanged them immediately when picking them up (needed a different color). Now I need to find the little slip of paper (receipt) because you don’t keep track of the exchange I did. Meh. I understand store policy but it’s 2024. I’ll order elsewhere from now on.

The staff is great (friendly, efficient), but I have repeatedly gone there for COMMON items that were supposedly in stock, only to make a wasted trip.
UPDATE: Their stock is getting better, and it shows by the number of people now shopping there. Keep up the good work.
