It's a shopping center. I give them credit because they do have 2 EV parking spot to charge your can, but the parking lanes always seem tight and I hate the directional parking lanes where the spots are slanted. I gave them a 4 solely because of the charging spots, otherwise it would have been a 3. The stores here are decent.i go to Giant for a lot of my groceries. I haven't been to the hibachi in years, but it was always great when I did go.

The Hibachi buffet restaurant is $16-$18 per adult depending on lunch or dinner time service. My last visit somehow totaled $90 for 2 people. It was my birthday. Taking food to go is essentially the same price per box despite them charging by weight in pounds. The staff is nice. The food is average and not always cooked well. The restaurant is not the cleanest. The bathrooms are nice though. The Speedy laundromat is convenient and efficient. I do always get a heat stroke at the dryer section because it's freakishly hot around there. I don't really go to the other places in the square.

You have a great deal if stires to grab a bite. Of course, the popular Starbuch's is onsite and causes a traffic jam, but the UPS stire is also available. Einstein Bagrls, Five Guys, and now a new Chicken place is there. I want to check out The Element to see what the menu is for like. It is great to know Giant is just around the corner with JoAnn Fabrics, laundromat, and more.

A decent strip mall / shopping center anchored by Giant grocery store. There are quite a few ethnic restaurants.
