I had a wonderful experience at the minute clinic. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful in both my appointment and at the pharmacy. The provider happily answered all of my questions.

I want to give Donna in cosmetics a big shout out!! She was so wonderful, she helped me locate what I needed and helped me print coupons that ultimately saved me over 12 dollars on this trip. She was warm and friendly and really made my day! Thanks Donna!!

Got a very rude experience at the minute clinic. I went there for the Covid vaccination and the one who administered the vaccine was Florence Fakayode. She couldn't just speak a single sentence or ask a question with professional manners. Never coming back to this place again.

Made an appointment to get a food sensitivity test. Arrived on time and waited 45 minutes just for the provider to tell me that they don’t follow food sensitivity tests (which the website specifically sent me to this location because they stated that they did them) and the system put in the wrong appointment type. They set my appointment for a physical and a covid test. What I’m upset about is the fact that the provider took 45 minutes from my original appointment time just to tell me she couldn’t do anything.

I went to CVS to take a passport photo this afternoon. The CVS staff were very nice and patient. The young African American lady tried hard to help me to get a good photo. Later Cornell took over and cut the photo for me, and I bought something from him. I had a good experience with them as they were very friendly. I can tell they were very nice people and trying to help me. I am very satisfied with their service. Hope all CVS staff learn from them. Thanks.

I have never felt compelled to write a bad review however- The young, Caucasian, female, pharmacy tech who wears a bun in her hair and works evenings has had a horrible attitude every encounter with me. Im not sure what her name is but she appears very bothered to do her job. Other than that this CVS is prompt and has great customer service.

Good news is that there is plenty of room to improve. Bad news is that there is a long road ahead and many aspects of their pharmacy that needs improvement. They need to speed things up dramatically in their drive-thru window.
