11:30pm. I'm the 2nd vehicle in drive thru. Been waiting 35 mins so far. Could be worse. Not sure how long vehicle ahead of has been waiting

Worst pharmacy EVER!! Terrible communication. DO NOT USE! Try to blame the doctors office every time for not getting prescriptions and make you be the middle man.

This CVS never fails to provider the worst costumer service. From the techs to the pharmacist. They are all rude!! The only reason I came here was because Safeway closes early on the weekends and my kid needed a medication urgently. The doctor was kind enough to find a cvs near home that would be open when we left urgent care but knew to give me a copy of the prescription in case i had “any issues”. Lo and behold I get to cvs and they tell me nothing was sent over and go to the “drop off counter” .. mind you no one is there to assist so i stood there for 8 minutes until the pharmacist Esther came over said she cant take my copy prescription due to it not being sign!!! Even though I tell her it is just a receipt because it was sent electronically.. she is going back and forth telling me “you don’t understand” like lady I work in the medical field too. Even I know rx copies cant be signed! She then magically finds my sons prescription and tells me it will be ready in 10 minutes. While picking up the order I overheard her tell the tech to pay more attention in saying medications aren’t received because she just got 3 patients after me with the same issue. Must be a glitch in their system.

From the scamming associates to the Pharmacy, I swear these people really think tossing around their position makes the situation any better. My doctor send over 3 scripts and MYSTERIOUSLY only 2 come thru. They confirmed receipt for ALL 3 tho. Then as I question them about it, instead of just simply saying, sometimes there can be a glitch if too many request come in at once, but no...They think that printing out some useless paper and repeating the same mindless nonsense is the ticket, all the while standing in my face chewing gum telling me "I'm the Pharmacy Manager and if we received it we would have filled it!" What does ur title have 2 do with anything? I want 2 know why this happened so going forward, I can inform my provider that they may need 2 send the request twice because the system may glitch, which has NEVER happened before in the several years I've been getting my scripts filled with CVS. Please stop hiring these people who think their title makes them any better. Just try 2 figure out the problem and rectify it! It's always this location with 12 people behind the counter and 1 person on the register with 9 people in line waiting 4 their scripts, Clock It!

Although the store is quite busy, it is usually clean and I’m able to get most items that I go in for. If I can’t find an item, I am usually able to track down a person to help me I’m a senior and sometimes need help. I just wish that they were better staffed and didn’t seem to be rushed, but they’re always courteous and friendly.

This cvs is horrible; pharmacy tells to prescription will be ready in 1.5 hrs ; you get there hrs later : they tell you to wait another half hour with no remorse. The pharmacist and staff are all ill mannered. Wonder how this location is still in business. GHETTO

I used CVS on Rothbury for 20+ years, but that store was closed and my pharmacy information was sent to this store. Yesterday, I made the decision to call my doctor and ask them to send all prescriptions to a different pharmacy, NOT any CVS stores. I have been lied to in person and by text.

Twice now I have been lied to by the older woman at the pharmacy. 1st she told me she didn't have my daughter's specific medication at their location while handing me that very same medication for my son. And then today, she interupted her coworkers who were trying to help me, to tell me that it was my insurance company's website that was down. Her coworkers, the tall gentleman with glasses and a much younger woman explained to me that it was THEIR system that was down, NOT MY insurance company and they promised to call me when all was good. Which they did, and that was awesome. But being lied to the last 2 times I'm there by the same lady is just unacceptable. No one likes a liar.

Pharmacy has attitude. I was in line and they closed for lunch telling me I had to come back at 2PM worse customer service. Will be changing to a new location asap.

No home training. I called today at 4:08am to ask why I keep on receiving a higher copay than stated on my insurance. Also for the same medicine I used to be prescribed? There was a savage African lady shooting out on the phone that it’s my Aetna insurance blah blah.I don’t have Aetna and I never had. She kept on yelling so many non sense. I’m about to pick up my prescription today and change the CVS. So many bad experiences keep on pilling up from this pharmacy.

Staff are extremely rude. This CVS has been struggling with staff members for a couple years now. I do not recommend even if it is 24 hours.
