This is where I call my home. Safe and cozy. The staffs are so friendly and supportive. Whenever I put in maintenance request, it’s done within a twinkle of an eye. I love this place. ??❤️❤️❤️. I have been living here for almost 7 years.

I’ve lived here for two years now never had problems the maintenance people here are nice and quick to fix anything and the staff in the office there very nice too so far I love living here and so do my kids.

Long Review! While residing at the crossings of olde town, I had some good and bad experiences while living there. Some of the great experiences was the size of my unit the layout, (one bedroom no window) the amenities and the location . Some of the not so great things were my neighbors, and the constant change of management and office staff, and mold growth, and the train. Some of the tenants were very inconsiderate and filthy leading to dirty hallways roaches (smashed on hallway walls), smells, dog feces in the parking garage, barking dogs, being able to hear your neighbors having a party well after 11pm and children sounding as if they were jumping off the walls. The previous management did their best to correct these issues and behaviors, but not much could be or was done. With the current management company taking charge I hope that the changes they are trying to make, improve the community for the people who are just trying to have a decent place to live.

I'm trying to apply but they don't answer my call or at once they say no Spanish. I went to the office and the lady who was there at once said there are no available ones. She didn't let me explain what it would be for next year since I would like to be on the waiting list at least.

I lived here for 2 years. First week my amazon delivery was stolen. Now they installed camera. But yet packages still go missing. I went in today before work i asked if they can chexk the camera see who took it. The lady was just like report it missing. Easy for her to say it’s not her money going to waste. I have to constantly change delivery address to my moms or work becuase my packages go missing and office dont do nothing!

I wanted to share my side story here. 2 years ago we were residents at Crossings, unfortunately, we needed to move out since I was going to study at Towson University so we decided to move out. After we moved out, and after I was almost done at school we wanted to go back to the apartment. So thanks to the manager Marianne, we needed to apply 3 times on a row since " oh your not on the waiting list, you need to apply again since your application was lost". Even though we indeed apply 3 times we also called the office and personally went to the office to check on the application. So we went to the office very frequently to the point that the manager and the office was closed even though it was office hrs on a week day. So 1 whole year Marianne did not give me an answer for the apartment, not even that, she also did not wanted me to show me any available apartments at all since she always said "we do not have available apartments, you can check on us later in a year" Not only did not show me any apartments, but she was so rude that she hang up on me every time that I called the office. That manager was so unprofessional and so rude that she did not even open the office at the time she was supposed to open, and certainly she was inside the office as well as hanging up on people who called to the office. She never contacted us about the apartments.

I would like to take this time out to show my appreciation and gratitude to Maira. I have been a resident of the property for quite some time and my interaction with Maira thus far has been the best.Maira is always welcoming residents with a beautiful smile and ready to help no matter what the issue could be.She has a great connection with everybody in general, and often times she goes above and beyond to fulfill residents' requests and needs.Maira has a remarquable sense of customer service. I would say one of the best !!!I was very sad to find out lately that she will be leaving our community. I am heart broken as I am not sure that we would have an assistant manager capable of matching the profesionnalism and the qualities of Maira.Maira, please stay with us and do not go !!! However, if you REALLY REALLY have to, you will be dearly missed?Farewell !!!

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex for the past 8 month’s. The location is convenient, the amenities are great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained.One of the best things about this apartment complex is the service provided by Maira, the leasing manager. She is always professional, courteous, and responsive. She helped me with everything from signing the lease to resolving any issues that came up during my stay. She always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She is a great asset to this apartment complex and deserves a lot of praise.I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live. It is one of the best places I have ever lived in!

I give 5 stars for the stuff members, the only reason 1 stars is because it’s been more 9 months there is no weights in the gym. I have called and also asked them about the weights they say we have send a request and haven’t heard back yet. There is no use for the gym without the weights. I go to my friends apartment gym everyday but they need to do something about their gym.

Just don’t move here. I’ll spare you the details and give you a very simple bullet point list.It SMELLS!!!!-~urination/trash/vomitt/smokeIt’s DIRTY-bodily fluids and trash in the parking lot/stairwells/hallsPESTS-bugs/rodents/roachesNO SECURITY-~homeless/drunk/alternative drugs-in the parking garage/stairways one person approached myself and my children~locked out of the building and no way to reach anyoneTowed many RESIDENTS vehicles on Easter weekend and no way to have guest obtain a parking pass. Many communities have a designated place for guest to park.The leasing office will not do right by their long term tenants or have any compassion or consideration on how to improve and continue to basically take advantage of opportunities to charge more for less.There are much better communities, better rates, amenities, services, and security.
