Have been ordering parts online through their website, and calling for part related information for years. Super easy, to deal with, parts always delivered super quick.

Recently I dropped off my wife's 2021 Yukon Denali XL for a simple oil change and tires rotation. Picked the vehicle up and was headed to the highway noticed the steering wheel shaking once I got on the highway it was shaking uncontrollably. Called the dealer. They said they'll look at it to see what's going on. Once I received the truck back it still had a slight shake that gets worse as your speed increases. Then I stop by the grocery store while putting the groceries in the car I noticed one of my wheels was damaged. Contacted the salesman he asked for me to bring it back by the dealership. Meanwhile they've had. U truck two days for a simple oil change. I tried to talk to the service manager but he just excused me like I was one of his employees. At this point they ant me to pay for a tire balance. At this point I have no choice but to pay. I also tried calling the general manager and service manager no response!!! They definitely need to work on their customer service and communication. No oil change should take two days of my personal time.

I work for a dealership that purchased a used Tahoe from Criswell Isuzu Trucks on 7/16/2021. I have tried my best to get a title to the Tahoe and have only been told they should have a duplicate from their customers that traded it in "any day now." It's been three months since we purchased the vehicle. They managerial team and title department have since ignored calls and emails. Zero accountability from this dealership.

we will never ever do business at this establishment ever again. I can't even type every unpleasant experience. they don't stand behind their product. it's a running joke in our house that every time we visit the service department we end up spending thousands of dollars. our car is 6 years old and within the first year the DVD player stopped working, the touch screen stopped working and now it needed a new transmission yes I'm not joking then a few weeks later the air conditioner broke. You want me to add the up well it's $10,000. I could of bought a new car with all the money I've spent here. Don't take your car there and don't buy a car from them. oh and let me just add I still need another $5,000 worth of work done on a 6 year of car!

I own a Tree service in Pennsylvania, we have several Isuzu trucks and I have personally bought and sold dozens of Isuzu's. This company is hands down the best I've ever dealt with in the past 7 years. Parts department personal is best of the best. Thank you all for outstanding customer service.

Watch out - they sneak in a 3% "convenience fee" unless you pay with cash. Plus they don't follow the masks mandate - no one in the entire showroom or service area was wearing a mask despite the MoCo and Maryland masks mandate currently in effect. Clearly they don't care about their customers.

Richard Beckett is the man! I came in there because of a hot internet special and he honored my internet quote on my trade in. Super easy and professional. Had an issue with a stripped license plate screw and he replaced without question. Morris Williams is the finance guy, he explained the service packages so many times to me and worked with my difficult credit union like a pro thanks guys!!

I have been bringing my Chevy Equinox to this dealership for the past 2 years and up until June 2020, things had been decent. There is a present class action lawsuit for owners of my vehicle type due to excess oil consumption causing other issues, I received the letter in late May and began bringing my car in June to get things squared away. Criswell kept jerking me around in an obvious attempt to get out of having to do the repairs on my car despite GM ready and willing to pay for the repairs as part of the settled class action suit. So Tuesday 11/17, I take my car in for an oil change and alignment and suddenly there's a FIRE and oh my goodness, the oil level is 2 quarts lower than it should be and blah blah blah. They happily rack up $4,500 worth of things to be fixed and try to argue with me that my warranty had expired and this would be on me. I explained that I had documented proof these things are covered under the Special Coverage Adjustment from the class action settlement. So once they go investigate and find out that I am CORRECT and all the things are covered, then they inform me that they will need to keep my car for repairs possibly through Friday 11/20. So I say fine but I need a loaner car as I have a job and things to do. They refused to give me a loaner car, gave me some BS excuse about only having 10 loaners available and this case doesn't qualify. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service I have received from this place since June. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer in my life and over the 2 years they have received plenty of my money. I filed a complaint with the corporate GM office and once I pick up my car on Friday will report if anything is out of the ordinary with it. I will NOT be returning to this dealership for service or when I upgrade my car next year. Word to the wise, go elsewhere if you want to be treated like you're worth something. Customer service is truly a dying art apparently.

If you are looking for a no nonsense dealership this is the place to go to. I have bought a few cars in the past few years, (Acura, Toyota, Lexus) but no other buying experience were as pleasant as the one I had with Criswell Chevy. Easy negotiation and no surprises. Look for Frank Fowler if he is still there.

I have had more than one negative experience with this group. Criswell contacted me to give me a free oil change not once but twice. I did not need one at either time and I informed that to the woman and told her they would probably expire before I could use them. I did not get her name but really thought it would be needed. She told me that she would put a note in my account to extend it beyond the 2018 expiration date. Finally when I need one guess what-no note. This is one of the 5 vehicles that I have bought from the Criswell group in the last 10 years. Never again!!!
