Recently I dropped off my wife's 2021 Yukon Denali XL for a simple oil change and tires rotation. Picked the vehicle up and was headed to the highway noticed the steering wheel shaking once I got on the highway it was shaking uncontrollably. Called the dealer. They said they'll look at it to see what's going on. Once I received the truck back it still had a slight shake that gets worse as your speed increases. Then I stop by the grocery store while putting the groceries in the car I noticed one of my wheels was damaged. Contacted the salesman he asked for me to bring it back by the dealership. Meanwhile they've had. U truck two days for a simple oil change. I tried to talk to the service manager but he just excused me like I was one of his employees. At this point they ant me to pay for a tire balance. At this point I have no choice but to pay. I also tried calling the general manager and service manager no response!!! They definitely need to work on their customer service and communication. No oil change should take two days of my personal time.

Horrible experience. After spending well over one hundred thousand dollars at Criswell, I will never go back! In a recent service, my leather seats were damaged as what appears to be from tools in a back pocket when servicing my leaking sunroof. They wanted $2000 to replace the glass. When I said no thank you and picked up my truck, I paid almost $500 for diagnostic to check out the leak. I noticed the damaged seats and grease all over my headliner and visor. They are refusing to fix my leather seat. Terrible experience with Destiny and Manager, Rob at the service department and my salesman Thomas says “wish he could do something “. Beware if doing business with this company.

Criswell Chevrolet is number one. I remember when I bought my 2018 zl1 1LE these were the only people to have these special models. They also have the best technicians and painters and the most models, best selection

SELLER BEWARE:21 DAY LATER UPDATEDealer will purchase your vehicle, promise payment by a certain date and not follow through. Stop over promising and under delivering. TAKE WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU WITH A GRAIN OF SALT AND SADLY PREPARE FOR THEM NOT TO FOLLOW THROUGH. If they do, then it will just be a nice surprise for you !We recently sold one of our corperate trucks to dealership. While everything was agreed upon in advance before driving 2 hours, upon arrival the price was renegotiated 1k less than agreed on. Ok this is fine we can live with it. Unbeknownst to us and never told prior, we had a lien on the truck still but maintained positive equity as well. Therefore the dealer should have wrote us a check for the remaining positive equity and then paid the rest off. We were informed that the dealer will not pay out any + equity on the truck until the receive the lien release from bank. Sounded very unusual considering they also have the “asset” in the truck itself. We at that point decided that it didn’t seem right and we’re leaving and would just sell the truck privately.Upon getting the keys back, the sales rep Owen convinced us that they can get the lien releases faster than anyone else and we would have the check for the positive equity in 7-10 days. Still unsure and reluctant, we agreed to do the deal after this commitment and convincing that they could get it done faster. They stated they do this to protect them just in case the bank (Wells Fargo) in this instance, mails us the lien release instead of the dealership. They said that then we could keep it and screw them. Although they again have the “asset” in the truck itself lol Also does not make sense in the fact of if there was zero positive equity they would have paid the full amount for the lien release and still run that risk.Fast Forward approx 12days. We reach out. They have no updates. We contact Wells Fargo directly only to find out that they still have not even paid off the truck. After digging deeper the bank confirmed they had just called in 2 days prior to confirm the payoff amount when they already did that the day they took the truck. So they “sat on” paying off the truck for at-least 9 days. The bank finally confirms the recieved the payoff on day 13. GREAT, until the bank tells the dealer and ourselves that they will not get the lien release for 2-4 week’s minimum. Most people make commitments around things other people tell them. In this instance it’s much bigger than just a check or the money itself. STOP over promising and under delivering because doing so can completely screw over the people you are committing to when they are taking your word to be true and accurate.I’ve asked very nicely and politely for help in resolving this for 10 days to no avail.BUY AND SELL AT YOUR OWN RISK WITH THESE GUYS !

I came in for service and specified exactly what I wanted they came back with the quote and did exactly what I asked and expected them to do for the price they agreed. Service manager did it with a smile and no fuss. Very pleased.

Can’t recommend this place enough CHRISTIAN REYES took ample time to explain everything. For once I actually understood what someone was telling me about my car. Mike McCormick spearheaded an awesome experience. Technicians-were on point. Problem solved with a 2 year warranty.

Overpriced and wont fix your car's problem. They take educated guess instead of trying to find the actual problem with your car.

They are such a messed up dealership! Once Mike Furhman sells you a Corvette, you are insignificant! The Finance Department is horrible at communicating! The bookkeeping department is worse! They have no idea what they are doing! Angella is absolutely incapable of following instructions! They all pass the buck and you are left frustrated and struggling to get the correct paperwork and any refunds due. If you don’t do the math yourself, they have no problem keeping your money owed. Good luck….never again!!!!
