We could not be happier with our experience with Criswell. We worked directly with Leon Travis who was a pleasure, knowledgeable, quick to respond and efficient. Not only was Leon wonderful, so was the sales manager, the finance manager and even the guy who helped clean the gunk off the windows from the stickers.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!! We purchased a car from this dealership approximately 6 weeks ago and we are yet to receive our registration or receive a straight answer from this group. We've been calling and emailing almost on a daily basis and have been given the run around time and time again with calls and emails going unanswered. The temporary registration is due to expire in 2 weeks and since this dealership takes zero accountability and doesn't offer a straight answer about why we haven't received our registration and continue to give us the run around, we've filed an inquiry with the DMV, we will be speaking with the FTC as well as POSSIBLY seeking legal advice. To add insult to injury, they took our old car off our hands and told us they would get us out of the lease only to go ahead and sell our old car without filing the right paperwork and have the collections department at Chrysler chase us and threaten to repossession the vehicle WE NO LONGER HAD IN OUR POSSESSION!!! And on top of all of this, the new car has had engine issues since day one. We've leased new cars for the last 2 decades and this has to be the worst experience we've ever had and will NEVER do business with this group. If we came online and looked at the reviews prior to leasing a new vehicle, we would have never chosen this dealership. Do your homework before dealing with these people or simply don't do business here. You would think the registration would be the easiest part of the sale but from my research, the reasons the registration could be delayed is due to the dealership having some financial issues and being unable to pay the people they get the cars from which wouldn't surprise me based on how they do business. They provided us with a tracking number for our registration and after checking the tracking number is was a dud tracking number for a package delivered TO THEM!!!!! DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!
UPDATE JUNE 14TH 2024 - THE DMV HAS CONFIRMED THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT PROCESSED THE PAPERWORK FOR OUR NEW CAR MEANING THIS CAR IS PROBABLY NOT EVEN REGISTERED TO US. THE DEALERSHIP HAS 45 DAYS TO PROCESS THE PAPERWORK, TODAY JUNE 14TH IS 46 DAYS. WE WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AND HAVE ALREADY FILED AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC AND MARYLAND DMV AND WILL BE SEEKING ANOTHER AVENUES TO HOLD THIS DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTABLE FOR STRAIGHT UP LYING AND TELLING US THE PAPERWORK WAS FILED.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! This dealership is a fraud that lies to customers, provides inaccurate information after tons of follow ups and should be investigated thoroughly by the FTC. There are multiple complaints of "new" cars not working right off the lot, which I have personally experienced, as well as things not being handled in a timely manner. I have been lied to regarding the time frame I would receive my registration, as well as how my previous car was turned in . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Didn't stand behind their product after my purchase. I had to spend thousands of dollars to get the vehicle up to par with "ZERO" assistance from Criswell. I will never go back, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

These guys bent over backwords to help me. I drove from three and a half hours out and thr whole experience was great. They entertain my bored and tired children and were great the whole time. Mario was pleasant and a big help. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone who asked.
