Not a friendly, and over-charge compared to online. Store clerk said $29 activation for the hotspot data plan, and I said online only charge $9, and she said, $29 at the store. If you don't want it, buy it online. So I said, that's fine, and I needed a plan. She said 50GB for $55. I said online offers 50GB + 50GB bonus for $55, and she said, it's only for online. If you want, get it online. Not so friendly. So I left the store and order it online with 2-day shipping. Never will visit this store again.

My husband and I visited this location in Gaithersburg and we loved the customer service experience we received. The manager was excellent and professional; answering all the questions we had in order to switch to Cricket. I truly recommend visited the store if you want to experience a great customer service.
