Had a horrendous experience trying to become a member that I turned around and asked for a refund immediately. The membership team member was very pushy trying to get me to upgrade. I came in with a flyer and was insistent I wanted the deal on the flyer. After confirming multiple times that I wanted the price on the flyer we finish only to see the full price was charged. When I asked why, she passed me the flyer and said “read the small print”. She refused to answer my questions and told me to move aside. Cancelled my membership immediately. I really wanted to like Costco but if my first interaction was so rude and aggressive I worried how I would be treated as a member. Costco corporate is also to blame for probably forcing them to be pushy and sending out very misleading mailings.

Parking (especially upstairs) can be a royal pain and crossing from parking area to the store definitely requires paying attention. Once you get past that, staff in all areas of the warehouse are friendly and helpful

Had a appointment scheduled for a Friday, got an automated call that allowed me to cancel the appointment because I couldn’t make that day , the automated message said someone would call me back to reschedule, 5 days later that hasn’t happened, so much for excellent service , did call and had to leave a message to ask for a callback to reschedule , still no call back

This smaller warehouse is clean and cashiers are efficient. Employees are helpful. Customer lines move along especially after the self checkout kiosks were installed.

The cashier at the front desk, Ms. Christina, was very rude, impatient and impolite, but at the same time, she was friendly and welcoming to other customers. I think she might be discriminating. I reported it to the manager, and the manager just said that he would tell her, but did not ask her to apologize to me.

Always a go to place to get stuff at reasonable price , but be ready to buy stuff in bulk.
Lot of variety in organic non-vegetarian and reasonable pprice
The food court is good.
The pepperoni pizza is amazing.

It's all very well for the owners, but the parking lots are incredibly full. There is never any parking. Also, inside, you can't even move. The only ones who are happy with all this are the owners because the business they have is impressive. But I think the next store has to be bigger so that it doesn't create such chaos that you can't even walk.

This is a fine "Membership" shopping resource, but marked aisles in the warehouses would provide for a better experience! Not everyone wants to wander around a store looking for things. I believe most people want to "Get in and GET OUT!"

I don’t believe I’ve been there when it was as busy as it was today. I didn’t find everything I wanted but I’ll go back during the week.
