We were having a problem with our copier jamming and couldn't figure out how to get scan to email up and running. We decided to give copier pros a call and they came out to help us the next week. I inquired about a service plan and the owner was honest and said it probably wasn't necessary because of the type of copier we have. Most people would just take your money either way. Very impressed with their honestly and customer service. I highly recommend Copier Pros.

I tried calling numerous times, on different days but no one answered the phone even after leaving voicemails no one called back. I couldn't find the office location. I wonder how you do business.

Rav was great. Quickly diagnosed the issue we had with our printer (bad cartridge that blew up), cleaned out printer thoroughly and advised that new cartridge would likely work fine and problem would be gone. He was right. Also fixed another issue with printer while working on it. Would definitely use them again.

Copier Pros has been an indispensable resource for me in several occasions. I lived in MD for 8 years and they were my go to company for everything related to printer repair. I had a problem with my printer and since they weren't in my state or service area anymore, they could only give verbal support. One of their representatives was able to walk me through the process of repairing my printer. It turns out it was a very minuscule problem and in the end, it didn't require much attention to detail to fix! Once again, Copier Pros came through for me again, proving to be infinitely more useful than a local company!

Bryan arrived to my house on time as promised. He proceeded to promptly evaluate the 10 year old Ricoh copier and fix a broken part. I had basically condemned the copier thinking that the cost to repair and availability of parts were going to be an issue. He had the part in his truck; total cost $153. He suggested that continuing to maintain the copier vs buying a new copier which would cost me over $1500 was the best road to take. Of course I agreed. It was refreshing to have this resolve. His professional approach was much appreciated. Would highly recommend Copier Pros.

Our Canon was making black marks where there were no black marks on the original! Called them 11 am in morning. They quoted me a good price. We have only 1 printer in office that we live with. Its working like new after extensive tuneup.

The team at Copier Pros is very knowledgeable and always quick to respond. I emailed to ask a question and forgot about it – they followed up by sending someone right over to identify the issue with our printer. Excellent customer service.

This company was horrible. I hired them to come to my location to repair some Sharp copiers. They came out to diagnose and sent me a proposal a week later for the repairs. They recommended I replace a bunch of parts just to test to see if the problem was fixed. I asked for a list of part numbers and he refused to give them to me. I decided to start from scratch with another company. They came out the same day and was able to fix all 3 copiers without buying any extra parts. Rav is unprofessional and their techs are not knowledgeable. Save your money.

I work on a construction site where our copier takes some not-so-gentle use. These guys really are pros, three times I have needed to bring them out and all three times they have been able to fix it either that same day or within a couple of days - if they needed to order a part. The technicians and office personnel are also very personable and truly want to help. I thought they would start to get frustrated with the repairs but they are very happy to come out and make the repairs each time. I will be recommending this company to all my colleagues in need of either a maintenance package or a quick fix
