I have called on 3 separate days in the morning, midday, and in the evening but I cannot get a hold of anyone! It rings then hangs up.I don't live near this location so I need to confirmation but I can't get to anyone!

I understand that emergencies take precedent but a 1 hour wait for a scheduled physical without any information is unrealistic.

Nice and caring staff explained what I had to do well and not in a rushing or anger tone that most other staff members have. They were nice and took there time to make sure I understood and got done what I needed to get done.

The reason why U.S healthcare stays on the decline. The ladies that work the front desk are slacking in terms of performance and education for sure. Zero communication in regard to accuracy of wait time. Doug, that does the drug screening, was notably accusative and unprofessional when he examined my urine results.

2 hrs wait-time to provide a urine sample for drug testing (Work-related). What a joke…I have no idea why companies would contract an inundated urgent care place to process urine samples when you can go through Labcorp and be in and out in 5 min. This is beyond asinine…
