A family Dr. of our thinks highly of Clongen and Dr. Kilani is very responsive. You would not typically get this same level of responsiveness and attention at other large national labs or chains. What a pleasant surprise.

clongen is a mom and pop shop company. when the owner is also the tech, there is no oversight. when a test properly performed cost $150 in chemicals and supplies, only profiting the owner by $60 per test, there is an incentive to commit fraud. lets say the owner makes $30,000 per month doing 500 tests at $210 per test. now the owner throws out 50% of the samples. the owner now goes from making $30,000 per month to $82,500 and no one is the wiser. old chemicals and supplies used to increase profit margins, means false test results. from a good source clongen has resorted to cost-saving measure that actually cheapen their tests to the point that they are not as accurate as previously produced. they also are stuck with their own procedures that were used to validate their samples in the first place, and they have little interest in improving their tests and making them more accurate, because this would require further validation and testing.
