Went in to Roll Over some 401Ks i had. The person at the front desk was helpful. I had a few questions that were answered and we got the transaction completed. I would go back with out a thought if i needed anything down the road.

I walk in to open a first time account, cash in hand. I get sat down with a laptop by one of the three men who were standing around chatting when I walked in. The other two scatter. I'm told I have to open an account and it's gonna be easiest if I fill out the information on the laptop and then the gentleman tells me "I'll be right out here (the front desk) if you have any questions." I've never walked into a financial establishment and had someone just sit me down and then leave me to myself. Two customers walk in while I'm getting held up by some of the prompts on the laptop. I wait 15 minutes before the customers leave and I tell the gentleman I appreciate his assistance and walk out. I need a little more in the way of customer service if I'm about to open an account with your establishment and drop thousands of dollars into it.
