I just got my car back and to say I'm pleased with the work is an understatement. From the time I dropped off my car, the staff at Car Source was great, especially Andrew. I think I beat him to the update calls but anytime I called to follow up, he knew exactly who I was and the progress on my vehicle. I really valued the open communication. My car looks amazing and I'm really happy I decided to go with them. They made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. Thank you all so much for your hard work! I went online and tried to get a quote for repairing my curb rash on my Tesla. Matt texted me within minutes. I sent him pictures and he gave me a quote. I toke the car in the next day and it was done quickly. He sent me pictures and it looked great! The next time I got a curb rash again I texted him and he toke care of me! He is great at communicating, price is great, car looks awesome and he is very friendly! They now have a mechanic section open and I will be bringing my cars there for oil change, brakes, etc! Couldn’t recommended them enough! I would give more then 5 stars if I could.

Absolutely wonderful service! Matt and Andrew stopped at nothing to get me back in my car in a timely manner! I went through geico and the shop was able to work with them to get an estimate fast and get repairs started. After the repair they even cleaned my car for me! Absolutely recommend car source collision !

If you can get to this shop and you need work done on your vehicle go! Their work is superb, they really understand customer service, and there really nice. I had a small issue with my BMW and they buffed off the paint and touched it up while I waited and charged me nearly nothing! Don't miss this Gem and Gaithersburg!

(also posted on yelp)Scraped my left front wheel on one of those tight-turn traffic islands and hated the curb rash if left behind on my new-to-me Nissan so decided to spring for a clean-up on it. A friend recently got paintless dent repair done at Car Source and raved about their service and great attitude. That sounded good to me so even though there are body shops closer to me I gave Car Source a call and explained my situation. Matt (manager) gave me a great price and got me in and out same day, dropping me at a local coffee shop while work was done. And the repair was perfect. Maybe a lot of body shops can do good work but it's another thing when you find someone who so clearly loves the work they do and really wants every customer to have an overall great experience besides a job well done. Definitely recommend you go here.

Had a parking lot dent on the trunk lid of my BMW 235 that crossed a crease in the metal. Decided to try PDR instead of going through insurance and replacing. Would have been satisfied with a 90% repair but Car Source made it disappear. I can't tell it was there even when I look closely. Good work, done on schedule and at the originally estimated cost.
