Capital building supplies company is outrageous in services & prices are almost doubled the cost of any other supply house I'm contractor constantly I purchased materials I went to this place to get insulation I have ask for 1600 sq. Ft of foiled back the gentleman working with me he disappeared beyond counter after 10 minutes one of warehouse worker came Beyond the counters ask the new Person for 1600 sqft again he say yes the other salesman told him that & they have to delivered materials from other locations to my job site assuming the gentleman put the right amount of sq footage in paperwork & did not look at paperwork assuming he knows what he is doing he ask me for credit card sign paperwork work & left next day they deliver materials to the site I was not at site at that moment one of my work received the material after I arrived I see exacxive material on site so look at my receipts the were changed me for 3600 square feet of material so I called them a sales person told my yes you can bring it back is going to be 15% restocking charges I say it is ok since they delivered material I take extra material back the salesman was very rude and obnoxious he say this is special order & we don't take it back they have print out on there paperwork work in very small writing with every order special order even if they have the material from there own warehouses they called special order so ask for supervisor he say I'm supervisor I ask for someone above him he says that I'm the one since I couldn't talk to this gentleman I him I will disputed with credit company he told me yes you can they going to arrest me for stilling material it was so childish from his site acting like that I'm child

I'd give no stars bit have to give at least one so this place is one of the worst capital building supplys to deliver too plan on being here for a minimum of 2-3 hrs
