WORST SERVICE. Wish there was a NO STARS BUTTON. My husband went to this bank to make a payment on MY credit card. He gave my full card number. The teller said 'NO CAN'T FIND HER'. Even gave my full name.... So he stepped out... called me... then I gave him my ACCOUNT NUMBER. When he went back inside to provide my account number, the teller refused to take it and asked for his ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. When was this a new policy to ask for a SSN for a CASH DEPOSIT?! I called the bank myself (I spoke with the banker who "helped him") and she said she "doesn't know who helped him the second time". Ok, so.. who did? Casper? Was my husband hallucinating? IT WAS THE SAME TELLER THAT HELPED HIM THE FIRST TIME! WHY WAS SHE LYING?! HE WAS PROVIDING MY ACCOUNT NUMBER SO WHY WAS HE DENIED SERVICE?! I've been to other banks to make a cash payment on another credit card account they NEVER asked for ID and SSN. You provide the account information, make the payment and leave! Ridiculous.

This Capital One is hard to get in and out of, it’s right off 355 and when you leave, you can only turn right. Every time I come here, the ATMS aren’t working. It’s a huge waste of time for customers, especially when it’s so hard to get to this location.

I wouldn’t want to do it because the check I had wasn’t allowed me to snap when I tried on my phone. It was too bright on the face of the check. I decided to deposit it at the drive through on 2/11/2022 around 3:15pm. I put the check through the tube and waited for 15 minutes and noticed the car next window drove up after me drove off before me. I pressed the button and told the teller to send back my check and went to Wells Fargo. Worst customer service and have no consideration of people’s time. If you want good customer service go to Wells Fargo Bank.

1st class service, need an appointment but however the staff was kind enough to let me know that you can able to set up account through the apps, and helped me set it up without needing an appointment.. no time wasted.. excellent service, and friendly.
