The Air conditioning wasn’t working. It was so hot. My three year old son took off his T-shirt. It was that hot and there were only two cashiers at the time. I hope they fix it

I probably haven't been inside this store in about 15 years but I came to find some emergency fashion items. Unfortunately they didn't work out and I had to return them. The cashier Darianna was extremely helpful and very patient. I don't know if I'll come back to this store, but if I do, I hope to get the same great service Darianna provided.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this is the first time I have just found a porcelain toilet with an integral seat. The others have toilet seats.

Just an absolute disaster. Chaos, merchandise all over the place. Upstairs is a mess.
Never enough cashier. 30 people in line and there is only 1 cashier. Theft is an everyday currence, sometimes several times a day/ told me by cashier.
Horrible customer service.

A few ago I lost my wallet and had given up all hope when today out of the blue a Burlington manager calls me and informs me that my wallet was found and the staff did everything possible to locate me. This is why I'll continue to shop at Burlington the staff are just beyond I tried to tip them they refused my money straight class acts!!!!! Thanks for guys
