I do not recommend this place, after you move in no one cares about the things that happen in the apartment, I have only been here for two weeks and we have had a serious problem, the water is overflowing and our folder is full of water and the most The bedroom is affected, the smell is already strong because of so much humidity and I have a two-year-old child who could be sick all week. I have called, we have been to the office and no one has come to solve anything, the worst experience I have had, I will let you see. how my heels got due to the humidity there and the amount of water we have removed

This company does not care about their residents or their lives. They only care about money. They will allow criminals, addicts and unhinged people to move in, threaten you, and break into your place. I have nightmares and ptsd from my experience due to their lack of professionalism and the assault That happened as a result. They will not honor court orders that confirms the existence of danger to your life and make you pay rent while you have nowhere to live. They have no compassion and when you show them the evidence and court documents they laugh at you and say you still have to pay. They will just say call the police. What good will that do when I’m already in danger. One dangerous tenant puts multiple families in danger when you live in apartments and they don’t care who moves in.Every single resident I’ve talked to complains about rat infestation. Many residents had to call the county. One resident even had damages done to her car because of rats.

Would NOT recommend renting from any Harbor Group Management, they do not follow the leasing contract made:- mice infested buildings, they give false information on exterminators coming to the units and do not show up- mice can be heard scratching on the walls at night and I've had to throw away personal belongings that had mice urine and fecel- you have to continuously call the maintenance manager to have anything fixed in your unit because they forget about you, to the point where I had the old property managers number since he was aware our requests were never fulfilled weeks/months on end- emergency maintenance is never available, I've had 3 leaks done by another tenant and it ruin our ceilings, AC leaks in 90 degree weather, washer stopped working, etc- property manager recently changed and she does not give a s*** about any tenant, just to collect money EVEN if it violates the contract created... they increased our rent without the 90 day notice, they charged a month to month fee of $300 without it being on the contract- dumpsters are filled with rat holes to the point where foxes can be seen coming into the street and leaving with rats in their mouth at nightWe are moving forward in contacting OTLA (Office of Tenant Landlord Affairs) to file a complaint and Marylands health department.

Avoid at all costs. Run from this place. Worst apartment I've ever lived in. This area is not safe at all. We have a group of homeless people that have been living on the hill right in front of my balcony for the past 2 years I've been here. They can easily see my unit so I have to keep the curtains closed all the time so I don't get any sunlight in my apartment. There's also really scary people who live in this complex. I have been catcalled and harassed so many times that Now I NEVER go outside without my dog. There's also neighbors who were targeted for robbery. My amazon packages got stolen so many times I had to use another address for package deliveries. The management company does not care AT ALL about people who live in these units. They only care and are consistent if there's a fee. If you want something then they will never ever fix it. When I moved in and saw the state of the apartment i realized I've been tricked. They promised to change all of it within a few weeks and never ever came by.
