This business is very convenient for U-Haul. Although it is a BP Gas station, its location just off 270 and 200 is perfect. The staff is extremely helpful, especially the nice lady. I have used this location four times over the past few years and I always come back because their service is amazing. They consistently provide great service and I appreciate them for that. Keep up the good work!

A pretty standard gas station. All the pumps were working and it was fairly clean. The only complaint are the prices. They're not the highest in the area but I've definitely seen less.

What is wrong with these people? They're literally killing their own business by being so ridiculously rude and irritable. They wouldn't let me buy some snacks after $40 in the take because their "system is down". It isn't.I have never had anything but a bad experience here. I'll take my money elsewhere.

My car wouldn't start and I was right at the BP gas station on shady Grove right by the comfort inn. I asked the mechanic who was actually giving a jump to a car if he could please give me a jump so I could get home. He was such a ASSHOLE and said u have to pay me $50. I said I don't have $50 and I'm right here u can't help me. He said NOPE and walked away. I am a woman by myself and he could take a minute out of his way to help me. He was a Spanish older guy who works in the garage at BP. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I wouldn't ever take my car their or purchase gas at a place that is so money hungry that they couldn't help someone. Where are the gentlemen at now adays.

Warning buyer beware!!! I went here twice and each time I went my car stopped on the road. I had to go a repair shop and guess what the problem was the gas it pretty much looked like water (BAD GAS) they told me the consistency was not right so they had to add an additive to it Luckily it didn’t damage my transmission. I will NEVER be back again to this gas station.

Do not use this location to buy gas nor rent a U-Haul. The inside of the gas station smells like marijuana and the young lady who works there is very rude & unprofessional. I order the U-Haul online & went to pick up my U-Haul from this location. When I arrived I was told that the U-Haul truck was broke and was not drivable. There was no manager onsite. The female worker who assisted me was very rude & refused to give me a refund and lied and entered in the system that I picked up the U-Haul. I had to call U-Haul's corporate office to dispute the charges.

We've run into some issues here with them running out of gas during a non-shortage time in the area, so it's very strange. However, BP quality is overall great and we like to come here at least once a month to use our Harris Teeter gas points. We haven't stopped by their convenience stores, but overall I'd say it's a pretty good gas station as far as these things go!

Price on app for regular gas is $3.40/ gal. Actual price is 3.59/gal. No place to report difference in price.
