Before this visit the last time I went was right before the pandemic (Feb 2020). My only issue was I didn’t realize I was charged for 8 bowlers instead of 4. This was my fault as I should have been paying attention as the young lady looked new & young. We had bought so much food and drinks that the total looked correct.
To this visit. For two pizzas(cheese & pep), a pitcher of soda and a side of wings was about $62(including tax) I’m not going to include my tip. The pizzas are much smaller but the price is much bigger. Coming in at $14(not including tax). I usually get the platter(the sampler) but that is now $36(not including tax).
I won’t mention the rechargeable card machine as it’s too exhausting to comprehend cost, credit and total point system that’s used for the card.
The arcade keep saying you won X amount of tickets but there is no tickets. Why not remove these machines? Also there’s not enough room for those machines closer to the door and it causes bottle necking.
The price to bowl is high, I’ll leave it at that. They seem to be very short staffed as it took almost 30mins from me ordering to receiving my food. The place wasn’t packed. Maybe 4/5 other lanes were being used. With that said, don’t come here hungry or you’ll be starving by the time food arrives.
The bathrooms are well, ummm don’t use them if you don’t have to.
I would like to shoutout Will, he made our experience better. One star is literally for him.

Have been to this location various times however had a wonderful experience here today. Isaac accommodated the needs of my autistic child without being asked and kept checking to make sure we didn’t need anything. Grateful for his kind gesture today and will definitely visit again.

Absolutely terrible. Our first lane was broken. Then moved to a another lane- it was broken(pins wouldn't reset, the balls get stuck in the gutter, the balls roll backwards towards you, etc). Tried to use the arcade- the machine wouldn't take our credit card. Now I've discovered they charged our card when they shouldn't have bc a credit we had was supposed to be applied. So now we have to spend time going back to get them to give us a refund. The staff doesn't seem to care. It was absolutely the worst experience I've had at a bowling alley. So sad:-(

I was here Saturday night 6/22 and it was around
11:45 the employee came to my table and told me and my family that they were about to turn off our game in a few seconds. When I asked why, don't you'll close at 12? His response was they (him and his coworkers) wanted to leave on time. I am not sure what time you'll schedule your employees to work until but if the closing time is at 12am then please allow your paying customers to play until that time. Customers should come first at all times not employees wanting to leave "on time" ending customers time early. They also turned the music and tv screens off and we could hear a female employee getting upset about paying customers wanting to leave at 12.

Renzo H, doesn’t have good service, we had a very bad experience, we did not even have 3 minutes to in this place when he blocked us the game. It's not fair because we had already paid. Then we wanted to go somewhere else, and he said we had to call or see for ourselves how we received the refund. Refused to give a refund when we did not use the service. The worst service we have received with this person "Renzo". ??????

You would think as being the only one in business for some good ol’ bowling in the area, the first person that greets you is a man named Renzo. Off the bat there is not pleasant greeting from his part as we are walking in. He made a big deal that we came in with coffee cups and he told us repeatedly to throw away the cups to the point he did not start the transaction until the cups were all thrown away. (Protecting their business I guess) but he definitely handled it wrong. The last bit of issues came from other fellow bowlers surroundings us such as a bowler with her friends who had asked about using coupons and the same worker told her she had to “buy coupons” or another bowler with her family who were assigned a lane next to us even though she had requested a lane where she would be alone with her family. (A dozen lanes or more were still open.) It is a holiday and maybe it was aggravating to work today but I believe this individual could have handled certain situations differently not just with my family and I but other people who were in the alley too. If you want to bowl here, do it at your own risk. Also, the beer is watered down because it tasted like water.

I wish I could give this negative 1 stars. Me and my family came here and they said that they would text us when a lane was ready and we were waiting for almost 3 hours and then we went to ask them when they would call us and they said that they were about to close and that they were about to finish with the people that were playing. This was a bad experience and I do not recommend anyone coming here.

$205 for 8 people on 2 lanes with rental shoes. They didn't have any ramps for the little ones and were absolutely unapologetic.
